Device for picking and tightening screw
A device for lifting and tightening screws includes a transporting unit to move the device to a screw suction position or a screw locking position, a suction nozzle unit, a vacuum generator, and an electronic screwdriver unit. When the device is moved to a position to attract and apply suction to a screw, the suction nozzle unit captures a screw. When the device is moved to the screw locking position, the electronic screwdriver unit tightens the screw. The device prevents the suction nozzle from contacting the workpiece, guides a suction position of the screw, and can function in relation to screw holes surrounded by steps and barriers.
Pump apparatus and associated system and method
A system includes a pump having a filter. The filter includes a HEPA material configured for filtering air and the pump used to inflate an inflatable device configured to support a patient. A kit includes a pump configured for moving air to inflate an inflatable device, and a removable filter including a HEPA material couplable to the pump and configured to filter the air to inflate the inflatable device. The inflatable device configured to support a patient on a supporting surface.

Full-automatic storage shelf assembly production line and operation method thereof
Disclosed are a full-automatic storage shelf assembly production line and an operation method thereof. The production line includes a logistics channel, a stand column-based feeding area, a supporting beam-based feeding area, an in-line logistics system, a shelf assembly area, a finished product area, and a control system. The stand column-based feeding area, the supporting beam-based feeding area, the shelf assembly area, and the finished product area are connected in series by means of the in-line logistics system to form an integrated production line.
Grommet station
A grommet station includes a grommet assembly module that provides a cable end with a grommet. The assembly module has an assembly unit with an expansion sleeve for holding the grommet in an expanded state and placing the grommet on the cable end, a transfer unit with a mandrel, and a grommet-receiving device for receiving and holding the grommet during the assembly operation. In an acquisition position of the transfer unit, a grommet can be pushed onto the mandrel and, in a delivery position, the mandrel is in an operative connection with the assembly unit such that the grommet can be transferred from the mandrel to the assembly unit with the expansion sleeve temporarily encompassing the mandrel in the delivery position. The mandrel and the expansion sleeve are oriented in the same direction, and the assembly unit is a modular unit with a grommet-receiving device and a downstream expansion sleeve.
HARDWARE AUTOMATIC FASTENING APPARATUS
A hardware automatic fastening apparatus includes a magazine having a lever formed on an outer edge to store and supply hardware including any one or more types of a bolt, a nut, and a clip, a rotating part coupled to the magazine to rotate the magazine to position the hardware at a predetermined position, and a torque generating tool provided with an ascending and descending mechanism for ascending the hardware positioned by the rotating part upon ascending, and provided with a torque applying part for applying a torque to the ascended hardware, and the lever has a latch structure.
Crimping handtool
A crimping hand tool configured to crimp a cable and a connector together is provided. The crimping hand tool includes a first body, a second body, a limiting member, a crimping member, and an adjustment member. The second body is pivoted to the first body. The limiting member is disposed in the second body. The crimping member is movably disposed in the second body and linked with the first body, the crimping member being partially interfered with the limiting member and having only one degree of freedom of movement along an axis. The adjustment member is disposed in the second body, rotating about the axis, and screwed with the crimping member. The adjustment member being forced by an user to adjust a position of the crimping member in the second body along the axis.
Adjustable torque clamping fixture
Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an adjustable torque clamping fixture, including a clamping body driven by a threaded rod to move and used for clamping an object. The threaded rods implements an axial movement thereof by means of screw thread transmission. An adjustable torque handle is configured at the rear end of the threaded rod. The maximum clamping force is adjusted by the adjustable torque handle. When the maximum clamping force is attained, continued application of a torque on the threaded rod by the handle results in slippage, so that no larger clamping force can be applied, thus implementing precision clamping, and preventing the clamped object from being damaged by an excessive torque. The adjustable torque clamping fixture overcomes the shortcoming of a manual clamping fixture known to inventors of which the magnitude of the clamping force is difficult to determine during use.
Injection-molded composite construct
A frame is injection molded onto a group of panels to form a container. The panels extend at least partially around, and at least partially define, a cavity of the container.
