In the component mounting system, when an electronic component having a positioning target is held and mounted onto the upper face of a board, the positioning target is aligned to a predetermined position of the board. The component mounting system detects a positional deviation of the positioning target on the upper face of the electronic component and performs an arrangement operation of arranging a positioning material on the board by correcting the arrangement position in accordance with the detected positional deviation. The component mounting system then performs a mounting operation for mounting the electronic component on the board by aligning the positioning target to the predetermined position of the board on which the positioning material has been arranged.

An automatic-robotic-system-for-cable assembly system and method is provided. The method and system are configured to use a cartridge which holds one or both ends of the cable. The cartridge moves along an automatic cable assembly line, with the line segmented into different stages, at which a process is performed by a specific machine. Different machines, such as actuators or modular machines, perform operations on the cartridge at the different stages. In preparation for or as part of the operations, the actuators or modular machines may directly physically apply one or more forces to a cable held by the cartridge, causing the cable to spool toward or away from the modular machines.

INSTALLING VALVE TRIM IN A VAVLE ASSEMBLY

A tool configured for use to assemble and install trim into a steam conditioning valve. These configurations can include a device that mounts in place of a bonnet and an actuator that technicians remove from the valve. The device can cantilever the trim assembly, essentially providing a platform on which technicians can slide the trim assembly into the valve body (or out of the valve body) to complete install or repair of the device. As an added benefit, technicians can also use the device to assemble the trim in proximity to the subject valve.

A system includes a carrier assembly, a replacement tool movably supported by the carrier assembly, and a sensor configured to capture sensor data associated with a wear part removably connected to a rotatable drum. The system also includes a controller configured to receive the sensor data from the sensor, and identify the wear part using the sensor data. In such a system, the carrier assembly is configured to move the replacement tool such that an axis of the replacement tool is substantially collinear with an axis of the wear part. Additionally, the replacement tool is configured to remove the wear part from the drum while the axis of the replacement tool is substantially collinear with the axis of the wear part.

The feeding machine also includes a control electronics connected to the linear actuators and to the detectors for detecting a washer, said control electronics being configured to control the feeding of the washers along the ramp.

A selected satellite pipe/conduit of the pipe bundle is both lifted and pulled horizontally in order to remove it from a plurality of supports that hold the satellite pipes together in spaced apart positions. During removal of a satellite pipe, the lifts elevate, then travel with and hold the pipe as it moves horizontally away from the bundle.
