The main body case includes an exhaust port, the main body case being configured to be installed on an electric power tool. The dust box internally includes a filter. The sliding portion is disposed on the main body case. The sliding portion has a front end on which a nozzle with a suction opening is disposed. The sliding portion is slidable in a front-rear direction. The dust collecting route is from the suction opening to the exhaust port passing through the filter. The main body case includes a guiding portion through which the sliding portion passes, and the guiding portion allows the sliding portion to project rearward when the sliding portion slides.

A height adjusting device of a control panel for a machine tool is disclosed. The height adjusting device includes a linear motion (LM) guide installed at a frame, wherein a slide bracket is coupled with the LM guide and configured to slide in a vertical direction on the LM guide, wherein a gas spring is installed at the slide bracket to support the slide bracket with respect to the frame, and wherein the control panel is coupled to the other side of the slide bracket to be pivotable in the horizontal direction. The slide bracket further includes an index plunger at a position corresponding to that of a plurality of position adjustment grooves to fix a vertical position of the slide bracket, such that an operator can easily adjust the height of the control panel by inserting the index plunger into one of the position adjustment grooves.

A rotary union includes a housing forming a bore and a piston bore having an open end and disposed at a radially offset distance with respect to the bore. The piston bore is fluidly isolated from the bore. A seal carrier is slidably disposed within the bore, and includes an actuation arm extending radially outwardly relative to the bore such that it overlaps the piston bore. A piston slidably disposed in the piston bore is extendible to releasably abut the actuation arm and urge the seal carrier to displace relative to the bore when the piston displaces relative to the piston bore.

The pushing mechanism includes a sleeve, a driving member, a pushing member, a driven member, and locating members. At least one first guiding opening and at least one second guiding opening are defined on the sleeve. A first surface is defined on the driving member. A second surface is defined on the driven member. The driving member moves the driven member. The driven member rotates under interaction of the first and second surfaces. The driven member drives a free end of each locating member to move. The driven member drives the pushing member to lever free ends of the two locking members apart or moves the pushing member to bring the free ends of the two locking members closer.

The invention relates to a clamping chuck for clamping pallets furnished with a clamping spigot. The clamping chuck has a locating opening for the clamping spigot and a clamping device for clamping the clamping spigot in the locating opening. A plurality of sensors are arranged on the clamping chuck, by means of which the clamping force actions on the clamping spigot may be determined as well as other values. The clamping chuck is equipped with a transmitter for wireless transmission of parameters detected by means of the one or more sensors.

Process for controlling a machine tool

A machine tool includes a machining chamber, an illuminator in the machining chamber, and an NC unit. The NC unit includes a manual execution unit for executing the machining operation via a pulse signal generated in response to operation of a manually operated part, and has a one-block stop mode in which the NC program is executed for one block and then stopped. A notification unit issues a notification of completion of the execution of one block of the NC program while the machining operation is executed manually using the manual execution unit in the one-block stop mode, and the notification unit includes the illuminator. A change in the illumination state of the illuminator enables an operator to observe the interior of the machining chamber continuously while being notified of the completion of the execution of the one block of the NC program.
