Foundation anchoring for a working machine
The present invention relates to an apparatus for anchoring a work machine to a foundation that comprises a mounting plate (1) for placing onto a foundation (6), a counter-plate (2) for casting in the foundation (6), a hollow pipe (3) that connects the mounting plate (1) to the counter-plate (2) and is accessible toward its inner side from the side of the mounting plate (1) remote from the counter-plate (2), and a tensile element (4) for introducing into the hollow pipe (3), with the tensile element (4) being releasably anchorable to the counter-plate (2) by a rotational movement. The apparatus is characterized in that it comprises an element providing security against rotation (5) that is connected to an outer contour of the tensile element (4) and arranges it in a rotationally fixed manner. An unintentional release of the tensile element (4 from an anchoring means connected to the counter-plate (2) is suppressed by this apparatus.
Clamping Chuck
A clamping chuck is provided for clamping palettes having a clamping spigot. The clamping chuck includes a receiving opening for the clamping spigot and a clamping device that includes an actuating piston displaceable between an initial position and a locking position for actuating clamping members for clamping the clamping spigot in the receiving opening. The clamping chuck includes a monitoring line that is acted upon pneumatically and leads from an inlet to an outlet. The receiving opening includes a conical insertion region, into which at least one control hole connected to the monitoring line emerges, the control hole being closed by the clamping spigot. A valve device is arranged between the inlet and the outlet of the monitoring line to vary the flow of a fluid through the monitoring line depending on the position of the actuating piston.
Methods and apparatus for construction of machine tools
Cement or other liquid-like material fills the hollow tubes of a machine tool under construction. The machine tool structures are held rigidly against a fixture while the substance dries. The machine tool so constructed is relatively lightweight and rigid, and obviates the need for precision machining of large portions of the apparatus.
Pallet device, machine tool and machining system which clamp workpiece
A pallet device which can prevent a hook fixed to a pallet from interfering with a workpiece or a tool for a machine tool. The pallet device includes a pallet including a pallet main body which clamps a workpiece, and a replacement hook movably provided in the pallet main body, the replacement hook being movable between a projection position at which the replacement hook projects outside the pallet main body and a retraction position to which the replacement hook is retracted from the projection position to the pallet main body, and a jig to and from which the pallet is attached and detached.
Measuring system for measurement on tools in a machine tool
A contactlessly or tactilely measuring measuring system having a multipurpose interface socket for accommodating and for connecting a contactlessly or tactilely measuring measuring device having a light transmitter and a light receiver, for determining the position of a tool or for determining the longest cutting edge of a rotating tool in a machine tool. The multipurpose interface socket has the following features: at least one mechanical stop, corresponding to a counterstop on the measuring device, for accommodating and repeatably placing the measuring device on the multipurpose interface socket; at least one second signal transfer point on the multipurpose interface socket, which corresponds to a first signal transfer point on the measuring device; and at least one second fluid transfer point on the multipurpose interface socket, which corresponds to a first fluid transfer point on the measuring device.
System for adsorbing thin film sheet to prevent from drooping in fuel cell system
A system for adsorbing a thin film sheet includes a main frame and first and second auxiliary frames connected to respective ends of the main frame. At least one of the first and second auxiliary frames is movably connected to the main frame to increase or decrease a distance between the first and second auxiliary frames. Adsorbing parts are disposed under the first and second auxiliary frames, respectively, to draw or inject air and to adsorb both sides of the thin film sheet. A tension adjusting part adjusts a location of the at least one of the first and second auxiliary frames to adjust a tension applied to the thin film sheet.
Clinching punch and apparatus
A clinching apparatus includes a clinching punch having a specifically dimensioned tapered surface which improves the strength of a clinch joint created therewith. In another aspect, a tapered surface adjacent a distal end of a clinching punch has an angle of 20-35 relative to a distal end. A further aspect of a clinching apparatus provides a tapered surface adjacent a distal end which is configured in accordance with a specific formula.
LIVE TOOL HAVING MONOBLOCK WITH FLUID CHANNEL AND FLUID DRIVEN SPINDLE
A live tool system having a live tool and a collar surrounding a rotating shaft or a rotating cutting tool of the live tool. The collar houses at least one sensor capable of monitoring an operating condition proximate to the cutting tool during a cutting operation. Example operating conditions including temperature and vibration. The system also includes a wireless transmitter in communication with the at least one sensor for transmitting a signal for use by a machining center controller.
Reconfigurable interface assembly, adaptable assembly line work-piece processor, and method
A reconfigurable interface assembly includes, but is not limited to, a first sub-assembly that is adapted for attachment to a work-piece supporter. The first sub-assembly includes a first brake. The reconfigurable interface assembly further includes a second sub-assembly attached to the first sub-assembly. The second sub-assembly is adapted for attachment to a work-piece manipulator. The second sub-assembly includes a second brake. The first sub-assembly is configured to move the second sub-assembly in a first direction with respect to the first sub-assembly and the first brake is configured to inhibit movement of the second sub-assembly in the first direction with respect to the first sub-assembly. The second sub-assembly is configured to move the first sub-assembly in a second direction with respect to the second sub-assembly and the second brake is configured to inhibit movement of the first sub-assembly in the second direction with respect to the first sub-assembly.
DEVICE FOR DETACHABLY SECURING MODULES
The invention relates to a device for detachably securing modules (1), such as tool holders, to a third component (3), such as a rotatable tool disk fora machine tool, comprising a controllable securing device (51, 53), by means of which the respective module (1) can be re-secured in a detachable manner in a locked position on the third component (3) by means of individual securing parts (15), and a release device (76, 77) which at least partially helps to release the securing device (51, 53) in a release position, such that the release device (76, 77) at least at the beginning of releasing, exerts pressure on the securing device (51, 53) for releasing the individual securing parts (15).
