Fastening Arrangement for a Processing Machine
A constraining assembly for a processing machine (1) is proposed that has a plate-shaped base (2) with at least one receiving hole (3) and at least one constraining bolt (4) for directly or indirectly constraining workpieces that are to be processed, wherein the constraining bolt (4) is placed in the receiving hole (3) in the base such that it can be removed therefrom, and wherein the base (2) has a receiving space (5) in which there is at least one actuating element (6) that can move axially, with which numerous lever elements (7) can be actuated to axially move the constraining bolt (4) in the receiving hole (3) in order to clamp and secure, or release, the constraining bolt (4). A constraining bolt (4) for a constraining assembly, as well as a processing machine (1) with such a constraining assembly, and a method for operating the constraining assembly, are also proposed.
Clamping device and workpiece holding device with a clamping device
The invention relates to a clamping device and is designed for releasably clamping a supporting body on which a workpiece can be arranged. The clamping device has a main body with receiving bores each for receiving a clamping bolt of the supporting body. Each clamping body can be moved linearly along the longitudinal axis thereof between a clamping position and a release position. The movement from the release position into the clamping position and/or conversely from the clamping position into the release position can be effected by means of an actuation device. Each clamping body has a clamping end which protrudes into an associated receiving bore in the clamping position. The longitudinal axes of the clamping bodies form a plurality of intersection points in a common projection plane parallel to which the longitudinal axes extend. In a preferred embodiment, at least three or four intersection points are formed. More particularly, four clamping bodies can be present, each with a longitudinal axis, wherein four intersection points are formed, in each of which two of the available longitudinal axes intersect.
Processing device and processing method
A processing device includes: a first processing position (A1) and a second processing position (A2) at which rough processing is performed on a workpiece (W); a third processing position (B1) at which final finishing processing is performed on the workpiece (W) that was processed at the second processing position (A2); flexible vises (7) provided to the first processing position (A1) and the second processing position (A2), the flexible vises (7) securing the workpiece (W) by clamping the same; and a quick clamping device (20) provided to the third processing position (B1), the quick clamping device (20) securing the workpiece (W) by means of a pin. The processing device also includes a control unit that controls a rough processing tool for performing rough processing and a final finishing processing tool for performing final finishing processing.
Positioning Device For A Positioning System
The invention relates to a positioning device for a positioning system for positioning a first object in relation to a second object in a XY-reference system. The positioning device comprises a spring arrangement (130) comprising at least one first spring portion (132) serially coupled to at least one second spring portion (134), and the first spring portion (132) is configured to deflect in a positive Z-direction (+Z) in operation and the second spring portion (134) is configured to deflect in a negative Z-direction (−Z) in operation to compensating for the deflection of the first spring portion (132) in the positive Z-direction. Thereby, improved accuracy in positioning the first object in relation to the second object is provided.
Pallet clamp
A pallet clamp includes a clamp receiver 110 and a clamp 130. The clamp receiver 110 has an abutted surface 111 with serrations, whereas the clamp 130 has an abutting surface 132 with serrations. The clamp receiver 110 has both of a pressed surface 180 and a counter pressed surface 181 which face in directions perpendicular to the direction along the extension of the serrations. A biasing means 150 press-fits the clamp receiver 110 and the clamp 130 to each other so that the abutting surface 132 and the abutted surface 111 come into tight contact with each other, which causes the pressed surface 180 and the counter pressed surface 181 to be pressed in opposite directions.
Centering cone and clamping device
A centering cone for positioning a fastening element in a receptacle of a clamping device. The centering cone has an internally located cone section with a cone-shaped inner surface to which a one-piece spring section is connected in a radial direction. The spring section is configured to deform slightly under a radially applied force to provide a certain tolerance for receiving the fastening element.
GRIPPING DEVICE
Gripper for gripping a thin-walled aerosol can blank, having a base body which is made of a solid material and which has a bore passing through it along a central axis, an inner surface of the bore being provided with a circumferential radial groove extending outwards in the radial direction, and having a rubber-impregnated workpiece which is received in the radial groove, which has a radially inner gripping surface and a radially outer working surface, the working surface, together with mutually opposite axial surfaces of the radial groove and a radially outer circumferential surface of the radial groove, delimiting a fluid working space, wherein an integrally formed circumferential sealing profile is formed on the gripping ring adjacent to the working surface.
