Switch for machine tool and switching logic
A method for controlling a machine tool-having an operating switch and a lock switch including: activating the operating switch by exerting a force in a direction onto the operating switch for switching over the machine tool from a deactivation mode to an activation mode, so that the drive is adjusted to a first predetermined rotation speed value; deactivating the operating switch, so that no more force is exerted in direction onto the operating switch, wherein the drive is adjusted in the first predetermined rotation speed value for a predetermined time period; activating the lock switch within the first predetermined time period after deactivation of the operating switch, so that the drive is adjusted to a predetermined second rotation speed value; and activating the operating switch by exerting a force in a direction onto the operating switch or activating the lock switch by exerting a force in a direction onto the lock switch for switching over the machine tool from the activation mode to the deactivation mode.
GRINDING MACHINE TOOL FOR REDUCING HOTNESS OF CASING
A grinding machine tool for reducing hotness of a casing, includes a casing and a drive assembly. The casing is divided into a head and a body; includes casing parts; includes an air inlet provided on the body and an air outlet provided on a side of the head; and forms a motor cover on the head, and the motor cover does not contact the casing parts to form an airflow passage in the casing. The drive assembly includes a circuit board, a motor placed into the motor cover, and an airflow generating member rotating synchronously with the motor. When the airflow generating member rotates, it generates a first heat dissipation airflow passing through the airflow passage and dissipating heat of the circuit board and the head, and a second heat dissipation airflow dissipating heat on a side of the motor facing the airflow generating member.
ELECTRIC GRINDING MACHINE TOOL
An electric grinding machine tool comprises a grip body, a grinding disc and a battery, the grip body is arranged with a tool shaft connected with the grinding disc, a driving component capable of rotating the tool shaft when receiving power, and a circuit board electrically connected with the driving component and the battery, and the grip body has a battery mount exposed to an outer surface. The board surface of the circuit board is not perpendicular to the tool shaft, the circuit board and the battery mount are respectively positioned on opposite sides of the tool shaft, and a line passes through the circuit board, the battery mount, and the tool shaft. By changing the position of the circuit board, the height of the grip body is reduced, so that the gravity center of the grip body is reduced to improve stability of a grinding operation.
Guiding Device, System and Method for Surface Treatment
The invention relates to a guiding device 100, a system comprising a guiding device and a tool 111 for surface treatment, a method for surface treatment with the guiding device 100 and a method for retrofitting a tool 111 with the guiding device 100. The guiding device 100 comprises at least one guide element 101, one angle device 102 and one connection arrangement 130 for connecting the guiding device to the tool 111. Furthermore, a predetermined angle between the plane 180 of the at least one guide element 101 and a plane of action 110 of the connectable tool 111 is set by means of the angle device 102. The guiding device 100 is furthermore characterised in that it is switchable between at least one flexible operating state and one rigid operating state.
SANDING TOOL ATTACHMENT
