RADIANT CATALYTIC IONIZATION DETOXIFICATION SYSTEM AND APPLICATION THEREOF AND RADIANT CATALYTIC IONIZATION DETOXIFICATION METHOD
Disclosed is a radiant catalytic ionization detoxification system including a gas-liquid mixer configured to gas-liquid mix air carrying radiant catalytic ionized Reactive Oxygen Species with liquid material to be detoxified, and a reaction tube configured to circulate the mixed gas-liquid mixture. The detoxification system of the present disclosure is applicable to water sterilization or aflatoxin removal in edible oils. The radiant catalytic ionization chamber in the system can provide the system with air containing Reactive Oxygen Species, wherein mesh panels coated with photocatalytic materials are configured inside the chamber body, which configuration not only increases the photocatalytic material content per unit volume, but also expands the light-exposed surface area due to uniform distribution of the photocatalytic materials on the mesh panels. The system uses a U-shaped tube as the reaction tube, and the length of the reaction tube can be freely designed according to the practical detoxification requirements.

There is also provided an article comprising an inorganic scavenger, a surfactant, an activator, a hydrophilic agent and optionally an additive dispersed within a polymeric matrix, and a method to prepare the same.
UV-TREATMENT UNIT
A UV-treatment unit for reducing the amount of active or living micro-organisms in a liquid food product includes a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet and a set of translucent liquid tubes fluidly connected to the inlet and the outlet and defining a flow channel for the liquid. Each tube has a planar shape providing at least two turns for the flow direction between the inlet and the outlet. The unit includes one or more UV-light sources, which are configured to emit light in a wavelength range between 180-300 nm and arranged on at least one side of the set of liquid tubes. The unit optionally comprises an optical filter placed between the UV-light sources and the set of liquid tubes, the filter configured to prevent wavelengths of more than 300 nm to pass through the filter. Also, a system including the UV-treatment unit is described.
HUMIC AND FULVIC BLACK WATER BASED BEVERAGE FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
The embodiments disclose a method A method for manufacturing a black colored beverage, comprising purifying water safe for human consumption, mixing humic acid and fulvic acid into the purified water in a predetermined concentration to sufficiently suspend the humic acid and the fulvic acid within the water to imbue the purified water with a black color, mixing in the purified water with the suspended humic acid and fulvic acid at least one natural fruit flavoring and mixing a carbonation ingredient in the mixture of the at least one natural fruit flavoring and the suspended humic acid and the fulvic acid with the purified water.
Food grade product recovery system
A system for automated, hygienic recovery of fluid, food-grade product without it ever contacting the environment outside of its packaging, the system using one or more hygienic lances that pierce the product packaging and features, including in preferable embodiments a distending compression plate to force the product out of the packaging and/or a sanitary pumping system that initiates suction to draw the product out of the packaging, through the one or more hygienic lances, and into a chamber for accumulation, the system being compliant with the hygienic and sanitary standards promulgated by 3-A Sanitary Standards Inc. and adopted by the USDA, the FDA, and state regulatory authorities.
Articles including undenatured meat protein
An article includes a heating medium injector, a mixture flow path, and a vacuum chamber. The heating medium injector has a heating medium path connected to receive a heating medium such as steam and a product path connected to receive undenatured meat protein. The heating medium injector also includes a mixing structure and a mixture outlet. The mixing structure comprises a structure within the heating medium injector at which the heating medium path and product path merge and the mixture outlet is connected to receive material from the mixing structure. The mixture flow path defines a mixture flow path volume and is connected at one end to the mixture outlet of the heating medium injector and at the opposite end to the vacuum chamber. Undenatured meat protein is contained within the vacuum chamber outside of the mixture flow path volume.
