APPARATUS FOR GRINDING SURFACE OF STEEL SHEET
The present invention relates to an apparatus for grinding a surface of a steel sheet, the apparatus comprising: a conveyor for transferring a steel sheet; and a grinding means, which is coupled above the conveyor such that the grinding means can be rotated about a direction perpendicular to the conveyor as an axis, and which grinds the surface of the steel sheet, wherein the angle at which the steel sheet is ground is adjusted by rotation. Through the above configuration, as the grinding means is rotatably coupled to the conveyor, it is possible to grind various patterns on the surface of the steel sheet by adjusting the grinding angle through the rotation of the grinding means.
Multiphase Cutting
Multiphase Cutting may comprise a bulk removal pass followed by a fine removal pass to cut a gemstone. For example, multiphase cutting may perform a removal by removing approximately 90% of material during a first pass and then reset and remove the remaining 10% of material during a second pass. The second pass may use a slower feed rate and a wider oscillation, moving the gemstone across an entire range of a lap wheel. This split setup may thus produce significantly more accurate results for the accuracy of the total removal.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING AN OPTICAL LENS
A device and a method for processing, in particular edge processing, an optical lens, wherein the device has a measuring system, a processing system, a loading system, an unloading system, an intermediate conveyor, and a belt conveyor. The loading system is arranged between the measuring system and the processing system. The unloading system is arranged on the opposite side of the processing system. A lens that is to be processed is picked up and oriented at the optical reference point that is determined by the measuring system in order to determine as precisely as possible the blocking point for the subsequent processing. The loading system and unloading system each have a linearly movable swiveling system with linearly movable suction devices arranged therein. The processing system is designed for the simultaneous processing of two lenses.

The mounting assembly is mounted on the driving device, the driving end of the driving device passes through the mounting assembly, the mounting assembly is provided with a grinding chamber, a grinding plate is provided at the driving end of the driving device, and the grinding plate is positioned in the grinding chamber. The adjusting assembly is rotatably connected to the mounting assembly, the adjusting assembly is provided with a clamping component, and the adjusting assembly is configured to adjust a grinding angle of the tungsten electrode on the grinding plate.
SIZE-VARIABLE WHEEL DEBURRING DEVICE
Disclosed is a size-variable wheel deburring device including combined manipulators, a transfer manipulator, a burr brushing system, fixture systems, and so on. Pneumatic fingers grip shanks of retaining pins to bring pin bodies into fit with first retaining sleeves and second retaining sleeves, and retaining lugs with guide grooves. Springs are compressed to cause 90-degree rotation of pin bodies such that retaining lugs come into retaining grooves of the second retaining sleeves. A brush is driven by a driving motor to rotate and elevated by right elevating cylinders to contact with a back cavity of a wheel for deburring. The size-variable wheel deburring device is capable of automatically adjusting the size of the brush and of each fixture according to the diameters of wheels in use, and realizing mixed online burr brushing, and additionally has the characteristics of advanced technique, high automation degree, good universality, and safe and stable performance.
DEBURRING DEVICE FOR BACK CAVITY OF WHEEL
Disclosed is a deburring device for a back cavity of a wheel, composed of a machine frame, a clamping and rotating system, a rising and falling translation system and brush units. Jaws clamp a wheel on a roller way, upper cylinders enable the wheel to rise through four upper guide posts, and a first servo motor enables the wheel to move to upsides of conical sleeves through a second gear rack and a second gear; the upper cylinders enable the wheel to fall, and outer sides of the four jaws are in fit with the conical sleeves; a second motor enables the wheel to rotate in a clamped state; a first motor drives a bottom plate and a brush system to rotate in a circumferential direction through a first synchronizing belt; a second servo motor drives a first brush to rotate, a third servo motor drives a second brush to rotate, and brush hairs of the two brushes apply brushing forces of different directions to a back cavity of the wheel; a direction of rotation of the wheel is opposite to that of the brush system; and lower cylinders enable the brush system to rise through lower guide posts, and the brush system can carry out deburring when the brush system is in contact with the back cavity of the wheel.
Polishing apparatus and retainer ring configuration
A polishing apparatus capable of preventing wear of rollers which are to transmit a load to a retainer ring and capable of preventing wear particles from escaping outside is disclosed. The polishing apparatus includes: a retainer ring disposed so as to surround the substrate and configured to press the polishing surface while rotating together with a head body; a rotary ring secured to the retainer ring and configured to rotate together with the retainer ring; a stationary ring disposed on the rotary ring; and a local-load exerting device configured to apply a local load to a part of the retainer ring through the rotary ring and the stationary ring. The rotary ring has rollers which are in contact with the stationary ring.
Grinding disk of ground grinding machine driven by motor
The present disclosure relates to a grinding disk of a ground grinding machine driven by a motor, including a chassis, wherein a working surface of the chassis is a separate flat disk, fixed devices are arranged on a lower surface of the chassis, and grinding blocks are fixedly installed through the fixed devices. Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages: the size of the grinding working surface of the separate grinding disk may be set freely by changing the arrangement mode of the grinding blocks; so as to reduce the starting torque and achieve the buffer effect; and mounting grooves may adopt the circumferential alternate arrangement or the radial alternate arrangement, so that the installed grinding blocks may compensate for each other, and the uniform and complete grinding is ensured while reducing the quantity of the grinding blocks.
