Optimized drive of fracturing fluids blenders

A system for producing a wellbore fluid including a process fluid source, a rotating apparatus, and a motor directly coupled to the rotating apparatus. The motor is configured to receive a coolant and transfer heat from the motor to the coolant. The rotating apparatus is configured to receive process fluid from the process fluid source and mix the process fluid received from the process fluid source with one or more additives to produce a wellbore fluid. The coolant transfers heat to the process fluid, the wellbore fluid or both.

Foam mixing system and methods

Foam dispensing systems and methods are disclosed. Such systems and methods may include a foamed material dispenser, a dynamic mixer having a gas input, a process material input, and a foamed material output. The foamed material output may be in fluid communication with the foamed material dispenser. A pump having an output may be in fluid communication with the process material input of the dynamic mixer, and a gas injection valve may be in fluid communication with the gas input of the dynamic mixer. A gas pressure regulator may be coupled between the pressurized gas supply and the gas injection valve, and a gas injection cycle timer may be operatively connected to the gas injection valve, the gas injection cycle timer causing the gas injection valve to pulse open and closed to send pulses of pressurized gas into the dynamic mixer through the gas input.

Apparatus with a flow diverter and flow elements for mixing multiphase flowing particles, and a method thereof

An apparatus (100) for mixing multiphase flowing particles. The apparatus (100) comprises a conduit (100a) adapted to channelize the multiphase flowing particles. At least one flow diverter (101) is positioned in the conduit (100a), which is adapted to divert the flow of multiphase flowing particles into a plurality of flow streams. Further, at least one flow element (102) is disposed in the conduit (100a) along at least one of the plurality of flow streams, which is configured to inject fluid onto the plurality of flow streams at a velocity greater than the velocity of the plurality of flow streams. This induces a swirling flow of at least one of the plurality of flow streams, thereby facilitating mixing of the multiphase flowing particles in the conduit (100a).

Pharmaceutical compositions

The present invention relates to the field of methods for providing pharmaceutical compositions comprising poorly water-soluble drugs. In particular the present invention relates to compositions comprising stable, amorphous hybrid nanoparticles, comprising at least one protein kinase inhibitor and at least one polymeric stabilizing and matrix-forming component, useful in pharmaceutical compositions and in therapy.

The current invention concerns a method for increasing an iron content of a solution by converting low iron containing solutions into highly concentrated ferric chloride solutions by adding iron containing substances. The invention concerns also methods for transporting and storage of said highly concentrated ferric chloride solutions.

FLUID MIXING SYSTEM FOR MIXING COMPONENTS FOR A FLUID PRODUCT
20200016550 · 2020-01-16 ·

Fluid mixing system for mixing components for a fluid product comprising a mixing regulator for mixing the components and a feed comprising at least two separate conduits, where a base component can be supplied to the mixing regulator in a first conduit and a component to be admixed in a second conduit, where a first sensor for determining the concentration of a chemical compound in the component to be admixed and a Brix sensor for determining a Brix value of the component to be admixed are disposed upstream of the mixing regulator in the second conduit and where a control unit is provided which can control the mixing process of the components by the mixing regulator in dependence of the concentration measured and the Brix value measured.

System for analysis and reuse of waste liquids

A system for measurement of quantity (density) of particles/solid materials in wastewater, and dilution of particle quantity based on the intended application. Currently enabling quick and serial measurement of particle quantity in laboratory environment, this system is placed inside the desired step of the process of an industrial facility. This way, the system yields quick results and in turn reduces the analysis and evaluation costs.

Continuous ready mix joint treatment and texture product production

A continuous ready mix joint or texture compound manufacturing system and a method for continuously manufacturing a ready mix joint or texture compound includes a continuous mixer having an inlet and an outlet, a pump disposed at the outlet of the continuous mixer, and a disperger having an inlet and an outlet. The continuous mixer is adapted to receive at least one dry ingredient and at least one wet ingredient at the inlet and continuously mix the at least one dry ingredient and the at least one wet ingredient to form a mixed composition. The pump is adapted to pump the mixed composition from the outlet of the continuous mixer to the inlet of the disperger. The disperger is adapted to receive the mixed composition and apply a shear force to the mixed composition to form a homogenized, disperged composition.
