Connecting element

A connection element is provided for connecting at least two components. The connection element has at least two spherical, sphere-shaped or sphere-type or sphere-like sections, wherein a first section of the at least two sections is provided for the connection with a first component, and the second section of the at least two sections is provided for the connection with a second component.

Modular clamp

A modular clamp is described. An example modular clamp includes a clamp assembly and a removable base member. The modular clamp includes multiple rotational aspects located an offset distance from one another and is thus usable to secure workpieces in a variety of positions and orientations while providing access for working thereon. The modular clamp further can be used in a variety of configurations and implementations to achieve a range of different working applications, which is not possible using conventional table clamps.

Systems and methods for multi-hole assemblies with angular adjustment and locking

A dual-sleeve, locking adjustment arrangement includes a position-sensitive component comprising an aperture, an outer eccentric sleeve disposed in the aperture, and an inner eccentric sleeve disposed in the outer sleeve. Rotation of the outer sleeve with respect to the position-sensitive component and the inner sleeve drives rotation of the position-sensitive component to adjust an angular position of the component.

Cabinet assembly jig

A jig for assembling a cabinet is disclosed. The jig includes a clamp assembly pivotally attached to a base. The clamp assembly includes a first jaw and a second jaw configured to apply a clamping force therebetween. The clamp assembly can pivot between a first position and a first inclined position. In the first position, a front support plate of the clamp assembly is oriented vertically, and in the first inclined position, a first angle less than 90 degrees is formed between the front support plate and a support surface on which the base rests. The clamp assembly may also pivot to a second inclined position at which a second angle less than the first angle is formed between the front support plate and the support surface.

Terminal supply clip

A supply clip of a terminal includes a guide rail and a follow-up mechanism. The guide rail is used for placing terminals, and the follow-up mechanism includes a shell and a fixing column so that a lower end of the shell is sheathed on the guide rail through a notch in the shell. The fixing column is provided with a coil spring, and an outer end of the coil spring is fixedly connected at a position on a bottom of a sliding groove close to a front baffle so that the terminal placed between the shell and the front baffle is pushed forwards, thus implementing automatic supply of the terminal.

Wing protection system

A wing protection system for increasing avoidance of grounded aircraft utilizes a plurality of wing clamps attached to an aircraft wing. A wing clamp from the plurality of wing clamps houses an electronics assembly; the electronics assembly including a plurality of sensors, a processor, a transceiver, and a peripheral alert system. The plurality of sensors detects objects approaching the grounded aircraft, while the peripheral alert system provides a visual and audible alert to the presence of the grounded aircraft; the processor receiving signals from the plurality of sensors and dictating appropriate action of the peripheral alert system. The transceiver allows data to be shared with a compatible user device, wherein a software application run on the compatible user device provides a digital representation of the plurality of wing clamps positioned about the aircraft.

APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR STRUCTURALLY REPLACING CRACKED WELDS IN NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS

An apparatus configured to structurally replace a cracked weld in a nuclear plant may include: a first body portion that includes a first gripping portion; a second body portion that includes a second gripping portion; a wedge portion between the first and second body portions; and/or an adjustment portion. The first body portion may be configured to slidably engage the second body portion. The wedge portion may be configured to exert force on the slidably engaged first and second body portions. The adjustment portion may be configured to increase or decrease the force exerted by the wedge portion on the slidably engaged first and second body portions. When the adjustment portion increases the force exerted by the wedge portion on the slidably engaged first and second body portions, a distance between the first and second gripping portions may decrease.
