CRIMP TOOL FORCE MONITORING DEVICE
A crimp tool includes a frame, a lead screw and a nut assembly connected to the lead screw. A spring member is connected to the frame and movable with rotation of the lead screw. A first transducer is connected to the nut assembly to measure a first force applied on the nut assembly. A second transducer is connected to the spring member to measure a second force applied thereon by the spring member.
PLURAL SOCKET LUG NUT REMOVAL TOOL
A lug nut removal tool for applying rotational force on all lug nuts is shown having a circular frame member, a drive lug, a drive gear, and a plurality of transfer assemblies that each include an adjustable sockets. In one embodiment, rotation of the drive lug actuates the drive gear, thereby causing the each discrete transfer assembly to rotate. The transfer assemblies each include an adjustable socket for engaging a corresponding lug nut on a target wheel. In operation, each socket is first aligned with a corresponding lug nuts on a target vehicle wheel, locked in place, and then turned through the rotational force applied to the drive lug that is transferred to the its integrated transfer assembly by way of the drive gear.
OFFSET WRENCH
A wrench includes a housing having an elongate shape, and a drive mechanism disposed within the housing. A first shaft is rotatably mounted to a first opening of the housing and has a first tool at one end, and an opposite end configured to interact with the drive mechanism such that rotation of the first tool is coupled with rotation of the drive mechanism. A second shaft is rotatably mounted to a second opening of the housing, and has a second tool at one end, and an opposite end configured to interact with the drive mechanism such that rotation of the first tool causes rotation of the second tool via the drive mechanism.

COMPACT COARSE/FINE PRECISION ADJUSTMENT HAND TOOL
A hand-held tool enables accurate, micro-radian rotation of a control element. The tool includes an adjustment shaft extending distally from an adjusting element, and a reducer within a housing that mechanically couples the adjustment shaft to a distal tool shaft. Rotating the tool as a whole directly rotates the tool shaft, while rotating only the adjustment shaft causes the reducer to apply a smaller rotation to the tool shaft according to a reduction factor that can be between 16 and 1024. The adjusting element can be a manually rotated knob, or a motor, such as a stepper motor, actuated by a switch, such as a momentary contact, rocker, or pushbutton switch. The reducer can include one or more planetary gear stages, and/or one or more strain wave gear stages. The tool can have a length not more than 5 inches and a diameter not more than 0.6 inches.

Nut runner accessory for power tool
A nut runner accessory for a power-driven tool is provided. The nut runner accessory can include a gear assembly received in a housing. The gear assembly transfers an externally generated force to a driver head of the nut runner accessory. The nut runner accessory can include an alignment device that can be automatically or manually operated to align an open ended slot of the gear assembly and driver head with an open ended slot of the housing. The alignment of respective open end portions of the open ended slots defined by the gear assembly, driver head, and housing allows a nut/threaded rod to be inserted into and removed from an engagement portion of the nut runner accessory.
Tool for scalable multi-fastener torqueing
A tool includes a first output from a gear system, the first output along a first axis and a second output from the gear system, the second output along a second axis. A first torque limiter is attached to the first output along the first axis and a second torque limiter is attached to the second output along the second axis. A first tool bit is attached to the first torque limiter along the first axis and a second tool bit attached to the second torque limiter along the second axis.
