Portable power tool
An electric portable power tool, having a housing, a shaft, a control cam, an electric drive accommodated in the housing to drive the drive shaft, and an output unit that is positively connected with the drive via a mechanical shut-off clutch to transfer torque from the drive to an insertion tool connected with the output unit. The mechanical shut-off clutch comprises a control ring that is axially mounted against the force of the return spring and at least one switch element that is run on the control cam. The control cam is delimited at one end by a first switching contour for providing a release torque of the shut-off clutch and by a boundary contour at another end. The control cam is associated with a second switching contour for providing a pre-torque which is less than the release torque.

Electric tool
An electric tool includes a tool body and a clamping device configured to clamp an operating attachment. The clamping device includes a moving member, a biasing member, a limiting member, and a switching mechanism. The moving member is sleeved on the output assembly and has a locking position where the operating attachment is locked. The biasing member is configured to apply a biasing force to the moving member to keep the moving member in the locking position. The switching mechanism includes a toggle portion and a driven portion. The toggle portion is configured to be movable toward the tool body and drive the moving member to move in a direction away from the tool body to disengage from the locking position. The biasing member is configured to apply a biasing force to the driven portion to keep the moving member in the locking position.

Mobile and modular drill apparatus, components thereof, and methods of use
An apparatus providing a platform for installing screws can include a cart with wheels, an assembly rail system mounted to the cart, and a screw assembly mounted to the assembly rail system. The screw assembly can include a screw feeding device, a screw guide tube, and a screwing device such as a drill that rotates a drive shaft that engages a screw received from the screw guide tube. The screw feeding device can include a screw rack that holds screws, and a magnetic grip that moves a screw from the screw rack to a screw feeding tube that is connected to the screw guide tube. The screw guide tube can include bristles for centering a screw received from the screw feeding tube. The apparatus can include a computer control system that operates the screwing device and the screw feeding device.
ELECTRIC APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
The electric screwdriver apparatus control method is executed by an electric screwdriver apparatus. A processing module of the electric screwdriver apparatus loads a configuration data, and the processing module controls a motor module to accelerate a rotational speed to a target rotational speed. When a revolution number exceeds a first revolution number, the processing module controls the motor module to decelerate to a first rotational speed. When a torque value exceeds a first torque value, the processing module determines whether a fastening process of a screw ends with a hard stop or a soft stop according to the configuration data. If the fastening process ends with the hard stop, then the screw is additionally tightened for a hard stop angle, vice versa. The processing module tightens the screw according to the configuration data, the torque value and a rotational speed value, improving the process of fastening the screw.
Spare Tire Tool Kit
The present invention relates to a vehicle's spare tire tool used for lowering down a spare tire stowed underneath of a vehicle, such as pick-up truck, SUV or any other off-road vehicle. The tool can also be used for stowing the tire back to the bottom of the vehicle. The tool kit features a 13″ tubular rod, that is designed to fit into a cordless drill, using an integrated male connector for rotating the rod. The rod also accommodates a connecting tip for hooking into a winch system of the vehicle. The rod with the attached connecting tip is inserted into an access hole at the rear of the vehicle and is rotated by the cordless drill. The tool kit enables users of all ages to easily dismount spares without overexertion or strain.
Valve Seat Removal Impact Driver Attachment Device
The present invention relates generally to the field of accessories for use with impact drivers that are useful for removing a valve seat from a fitting. The device has a first end, a second end and a central body portion. The first end has a shaft that allows the device to be attached to the chuck of an impact driver or drill. The second end has a head that can be placed within a valve seat. Once inserted into the valve seat, the impact driver or drill can be used to spin the device to remove the valve seat from the surrounding fixture.
TORQUE OUTPUT TOOL
A torque output tool includes an output shaft, a motor, a transmission assembly, and a gearbox. The gearbox is used for accommodating the transmission assembly. The transmission assembly includes a first planetary gearset and a second planetary gearset. The transmission assembly is capable of being switched to a first state and a second state such that the transmission assembly outputs a first gear ratio or a second gear ratio separately, where the first gear ratio is greater than the second gear ratio. When the transmission assembly outputs the first gear ratio, a rotational speed of the output shaft is greater than or equal to 300 r/min and less than or equal to 800 r/min. A length of the gearbox in an axial direction is greater than or equal to 38 mm and less than or equal to 46 mm.
