SOCKET APPARATUS
The housed socket extension has a high strength tubular housing with a socket extension apparatus which fits within the housing and protrudes from the ends of the housing. Two bearing retaining devices are mounted on the socket extension apparatus, adjacent to the ends of said housing. The first end of the socket extension receives a ratchet wrench or power tool, and the second end of the socket extension apparatus is designed to mate with a socket or tool bit.
TOOL HOUSING AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME
A tool housing and method for making the same are disclosed. The tool housing can include upper and middle portions that are fully machined and coupled to one another. The tool housing can also include a lower housing that is partially machined, coupled to the remaining housing portions, and then fully machined. In doing so, the machining operation is eased and the portions of the housing are better aligned with one another.
Automatic ratcheting screwdriver
A screwdriver for driving a screw in bone includes a first body configured to engage a tulip of the screw, a first central bore extending through the first body, a second body having a second central bore extending through the second body and an external surface having a spline member positioned at least partially within the cavity, an inner shaft configured to drive a screw into bone and being rotatably coupled with the second body, a spring-biased pawl engageable with the spline member of the second body, a collar rotatable relative to the first body and the second body and having a cammed inner surface, when the collar is rotated in a first direction about the first body, the cammed inner surface pushes the spring-biased pawl into engagement with the spline member to rotatably couple the first body and the second body.
WRENCH AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A wrench and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The wrench includes a main body and a covering member. The main body includes a head portion and a handle. The head portion has a receiving groove. The covering member covers the receiving groove. One of the main body and the covering member has a first washer and a second washer integrally disposed thereon. The first washer and the second washer are abutted against and between the main body and the covering member. Therefore, shapes of the first washer and the second washer are designable and can be directly formed on any position of the wrench.
Range Taking Shear Bolts and Drive Tools
Range taking shear bolts and bolt installation (drive) tools are described herein, which are configured for use with a variety of range taking connectors and conductors.
Screwdriver structure
A screwdriver structure includes a main body, a switch set assembled with the main body, and a press set assembled with the main body and the switch set. The main body is provided with a drive portion, a first chamber, a second chamber, a resting edge, and at least one first slide. The switch set includes two first clamping portions. When the switch set is pressed, the two first clamping portions are moved toward each other or moved away from each other. The press set is pressed and moved in the first chamber to push the switch set, so that the two first clamping portions are moved to clamp and lock the press set. When the press set is pressed again, the two first clamping portions are moved to release the press set.
Tool connector
The tool connector includes a socket having a receiving space and a through hole communicating the receiving space, a sliding member slidably received in the receiving space, a positioning member received in the receiving space, and a hook member. A funnel-shaped opening is formed at an end of the receiving space. The sliding member is connected to the socket with an end via a first elastic member, and the other end is for a tool bit to abut against. The positioning member is selectively inserted into the through hole. An end of the hook member is connected to the sliding member, and the other end has a hook portion for grasp the tool bit. When the positioning member is moved inward and the sliding member is moved toward the funnel-shaped opening, the hook portion is swingable in the funnel-shaped opening to release the tool bit.
Drive guide
A drive guide connectable to a power tool includes a shank, a barrel, and a sleeve. The shank includes a tool coupling portion and a barrel coupling portion. The barrel is coupled to the barrel coupling portion of the shank. The barrel includes a bit coupling portion configured to couple to a tool bit. The barrel also includes a first depth indicium disposed on a surface of the barrel and a second depth indicium disposed on the surface of the barrel. The second depth indicium is circumferentially spaced about the barrel from the first depth indicium. The sleeve is disposed concentrically about and slidable along the barrel. An edge of the sleeve provides a visual indicator to determine depth based on the first and second depth indicia.
Ratchet wrench
An electric ratchet wrench as one example of the ratchet wrench includes an electric motor, a holder that rotatably holds a socket via a one-way clutch mechanism, and a spindle configured to convert a driving force from the motor into a reciprocating rotation motion of the holder. A space is provided between the socket and the holder. The space includes large interval portions and small interval portions. The small interval portions are adjacent to the large interval portions in a rotation direction (lock direction) of the socket and have distances smaller than distances of the large interval portions. Additionally, the one-way clutch mechanism includes columnar locking pins disposed between the spaces and have a diameter with a size equal to or less than the distances of the large interval portions and exceeding the distances of the small interval portions.
UNIVERSAL SKATEBOARD AND SURFBOARD TOOL
A compact, lightweight, universal multi-functional tool that can be used on the fly to adjust and repair surfboards and skateboards is disclosed. The tool includes a housing and an adjustment member. The housing comprises an elongated cylindrical member having a first elongated cylindrical member end and an opposing second elongated cylindrical member end; a first socket head integrally connected to the first elongated cylindrical member end, the first socket head defining a first hexagonal socket; a second socket head integrally connected to the second elongated cylindrical member end, the second socket head defining a second first hexagonal socket; and a cavity extending horizontally through the first socket head, the elongated cylindrical member, and the second socket head. The adjustment member, configured to be received within the cavity, the adjustment member comprises a first arm; and a second arm, the second arm integrally connected, and perpendicular to, the first arm.
