MOTOR MODULE AND ELECTRIC POWERED TOOL USING THE SAME
A motor module and an electric powered tool using the motor module, which comprises: a motor, a cooling fan mounted on the rotor of the motor, and a control circuit board to control the motor, wherein, the cooling fan is located between the motor and the impact output module. In the present invention, the cooling fan is configured on the front end of the motor, and the control circuit board is configured on the rear end of the motor, thus the rotary shaft of the motor does not need to go through the control circuit board. Therefore, the control circuit board does not need to provide a through hole for the rotary shaft to go through, and the control circuit board can have a larger area.
EXPANDED-STRETCH RETAINING DEVICE WITH EXPANDED SIZE RANGE
A retaining device to secure a socket to an anvil using provided socket holes and anvil hole, including an O-ring and an integral projecting member extending inwardly from the O-ring, the projecting member having a cross-sectional diameter that conforms with the diameter of the holes in the socket and anvil. The O-ring, though integrally formed with the projecting member, is formed at a reduced cross-sectional diameter so that the overall retaining device can be stretched onto a wider range of socket sizes. The preferred projecting member includes a full-length crush gauge that is positioned in at least one of the juxtapositions between the socket holes and the anvil hole.
Deep-Hole Socket Driving Shank Assembly
A driving shank assembly includes a tube, a drive head, a connector, and two quick release nuts. The tube has two enlarged portions each having a mounting recess and an external thread. Each of the enlarged portions has a plurality of slits and a plurality of elastic clamping pieces between the slits. The drive head has a driving recess and a mounting shaft. The mounting shaft of the drive head is inserted into the mounting recess of the tube. The connector has a mounting shaft and a connecting shank. The mounting shaft of the connector is inserted into the mounting recess of the tube. The connecting shank of the connector has a retaining groove for mounting an actuating tool. Each of the quick release nuts has an internal thread screwed onto the external thread of the tube.
Disassembling tool and battery module using disassembling tool
Disclosed is a disassembling tool for a secondary battery. The disassembling tool includes a first rotation member configured to be rotatable and to allow a nut to be coupled thereto; a connection shaft coupled to the first rotation member; a second rotation member coupled to the connection shaft to transmit a rotational force to the connection shaft; and a housing, in which the connection shaft is disposed. The housing is inclined with respect to a virtual horizontal line parallel to a ground surface.
CLAMPING TOOL WITH DISPLAY DEVICE FOR TIGHTENING CONDITIONS
Clamping tool provided of a tightening conditions display device comprising a body (11), containing control circuits and a processing electronic unit having at one end a handle (12) for gripping by an operator making the clamping, and on the other end an arm (13). Said arm comprises a seat (16) wherein can be alternatively pluggable a plurality of inserts suitable for engaging the tool with a corresponding type and/or dimension of a mechanical member on which the tool is destined to operate to carry out a clamping operation. Sensor means are provided on said arm suitable for detecting tightening conditions exerted on said mechanical member and said display device is controlled by said electronic processing unit and comprises an annular support (2) connected to the tool, to which a plurality of lighting groups (3) are associated, provided along a circle arch long the ring and each one comprising at least two lighting points (4), the groups (3) being substantially equidistant each other along the ring, said points being destined to lighten when the clamping is finished.
LINEMAN'S SOCKET
A socket tool is disclosed. The socket tool includes a body extending between a first end and a second end and having a centerline along a longitudinal axis of the socket tool; a socket bounded by a peripheral wall and formed at the first end, the socket including a first driving element extending through the peripheral wall, bisecting the peripheral wall into first and second wall sections; and a drive recess at the second end of the body to receive a nose of a driving tool.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A RATCHET MULTITOOL DEVICE
A ratchet keychain attachment includes a body and a ratcheting area in the body. The ratchet keychain attachment further includes a bit holder, the bit holder pivotally mounted in the body. The ratchet keychain attachment further includes a bit, removably located in the bit holder, the bit holder having a first position where the bit is held in a non-removable position in the bit holder and a second position where the bit is in a removable position.
WRENCH
A wrench includes a ratchet unit located in the head and includes a mount hole. A collar is connected to the head and includes a slot and an aperture. A C-shaped engaging member includes a first end thereof inserted into the aperture. A second end of the engaging member protrudes beyond the collar. The engaging member includes a second section which is a curved section and resiliently protruded into the slot. A rotary member is mounted to outer periphery of the collar and includes a notch defined in the underside thereof. The second end of the engaging member is located in the notch and covered by the rotary member. When the rotary member is rotated, the engaging member is deformed to insert or remove the second section relative to the mount hole via the slot to position a socket in the head of the wrench.
LINEMAN'S FLIP SOCKET
A flip socket is disclosed. The flip socket including a socket body having a central section extending between a first socket positioned on a first end of the central section and a second socket positioned on a second end of the central section, wherein a centerline extends through a longitudinal axis of the socket body; and a coupler adapted to engage one of the first and second sockets, the coupler connecting the flip socket to a driving device to drive a fastener or device.
Rotary fastening device
A rotary fastening device includes a rotating axial member and an inertia member. The rotating axial member includes a base body, an input end, an output end and an engaging portion. The input end is disposed at one end of the base body and selectively connected to a wrench. The output end is disposed at the other end of the base body. The engaging portion is disposed on the base body. The inertia member is detachably connected to the rotating axial member, and includes a gravity portion and an engaging hole. The gravity portion is extended toward the output end of the rotating axial member so as to form an annular space. The engaging hole is communicated to the annular space.
