A fishing lure for attracting predatory fishes to a fishing line is disclosed. The fishing lure is designed as a spinnerbait capable of flashing, spinning and floating when drifted underwater for attracting the predatory fishes consistently. The fishing lure comprising a main body with a central axis and a plurality of components assembled on the central axis. The plurality of components includes blades, floats, beads, wedding band beads, hooks and dressings capable of flashing, spinning and floating underwater. The fishing lure further comprises a weighted body for withstanding water currents. Further, the fishing lure is capable of being utilized as a jig when used in one of a boat, an off a dock, shoreline and through ice.

An apparatus for releasing a fish into deep water, comprising a central member having an upper end portion and a lower end portion, a spiral member attached to the central member, the spiral member being spaced away from the central member and having a free end, a plurality of swivels, wherein one of the swivels can be connected the upper end portion of the central member and another of said swivels can be connected to the lower end portion of the central member, and a weight connected to the lower swivel. The device can further provide a weight on the central member that overcomes buoyancy of the fish.

The tool can include a pair of arms positioned in an overlapping fashion and connected together at one end by a coupling pin in order to form a hinged connection allowing the opposing free ends to open and close. The tool can include a cutting blade at the free end to allow users to cut a fishing line by pressing the anus together. The tool can also include a pin pocket with a pin extending therethrough to allow users to clear the eye of a fishing hook. The tool can also include a pair of crimping pockets to allow users to crimp a lead shot onto a fishing line by pressing the tool arms together. The tool can also include a guide channel to allow users to easily thread a fishing line through the eye of a hook.

The guard 10 is made of a superelastic alloy. The guard attachment hole 24 is formed so as to be gradually tapered from an opening 24a thereof to a deepest end thereof. A bending angle of the insertion end 10a of the guard 10 is larger than an opening angle of the guard attachment hole 24.

A guard-equipped fishing hook 50 includes: a fishing hook 30; a guard 10 formed by bending a wire-like material in a V shape; and a base 20 fixed to a shank 30b of the fishing hook 30 and having a guard attachment hole 24 formed therein, the guard attachment hole 24 holding the guard 10 such that the guard is positioned in front of a hook tip 30a when an insertion end 10a as a bent end of the guard 10 is inserted into the guard attachment hole 24. In an embodiment, a fishing lure configured to be customized with different scents includes a body, and a plurality of attachments configured to be attached to and detached from the body, wherein a first attachment of the plurality of attachments includes a first scent, and a second attachment of the plurality of attachments includes a second scent, and wherein the first attachment and the second attachment can be interchangeably attached to and detached from the body at a same location of the body.
