OSCILLATING POWER TOOL
An oscillating power tool includes an outer housing, and an inner housing positioned within the outer housing. A motor and a drive mechanism are supported by the inner housing. The drive mechanism includes an output shaft that is rotational in an oscillating manner and that defines an output axis. A damping element is positioned between the inner housing and the outer housing through which the inner housing is mounted to the outer housing, thereby attenuating vibration transmitted to the outer housing from the inner housing. An over-travel limit member is positioned between the inner housing and the outer housing. In response to relative movement between the inner housing and the outer housing while the power tool is in use, the limit member is configured to prevent direct contact between the inner housing and the outer housing, inhibiting vibration produced by the motor and/or drive mechanism from bypassing the damping element.
POWER TOOL AND CLUTCH ASSEMBLY THEREOF
Discloses are a power tool and a clutch assembly. The power tool includes a housing; a motor; and a transmission assembly, driven by the motor and including a clutch assembly. The clutch assembly includes an intermediate shaft, and an elastic member and a clutch block that are sleeved on the intermediate shaft. A front end of the elastic member is supported on the intermediate shaft, and a rear end of the elastic member is supported on the clutch block. The clutch block includes: a gear; a friction plate; and a nut. The gear rotates relative to the friction plate and the nut, in response to a driving force of the motor for driving the gear being greater than a sum of a friction force between the gear and the friction plate and a friction force between the gear and the nut.

One aspect of the present disclosure provides a power source controller including a first battery pack connector, a working machine connector, and a power supply control device. The first battery pack connector is configured to be coupled to a first battery pack including a rechargeable battery. The working machine connector is configured to be detachably coupled to an electric working machine driven by an electric power of the first battery pack. The power supply control device is configured to supply the electric power of the first battery pack to the electric working machine in response to fulfillment of a first condition. The power supply control device is configured to transmit a dummy command signal to the first battery pack in response to fulfillment of a second condition.
Power tool
A power tool includes a case, a motor, a plurality of Hall effect sensors, a first circuit board, and a second circuit board. The Hall effect sensors detect a position of a rotor of the motor and correspondingly generate position signals. A plurality of commutating switches and a first controller are disposed on the first circuit board. A second controller is disposed on the second circuit board, and could transmit a driving signal to the first controller according to the operating signal of an operator interface. The first controller regulates the commutating switches to commutate according to the driving signal and the position signals, thereby to activate the rotor to rotate. With such design, a commutation process and a user operating process are regulated by the two different controllers, which could efficiently simplify the program code installed in each of the controllers and facilitate the maintenance of the controllers.

A power tool includes a case, a motor, a plurality of Hall effect sensors, a first circuit board, and a second circuit board. The Hall effect sensors detect a position of a rotor of the motor and correspondingly generate position signals. A plurality of commutating switches and a first controller are disposed on the first circuit board. A second controller is disposed on the second circuit board, and could transmit a driving signal to the first controller according to the operating signal of an operator interface. The first controller regulates the commutating switches to commutate according to the driving signal and the position signals, thereby to activate the rotor to rotate. With such design, a commutation process and a user operating process are regulated by the two different controllers, which could efficiently simplify the program code installed in each of the controllers and facilitate the maintenance of the controllers.

The power mechanism comprises a main housing, an inner housing, and a motor disposed in the inner housing. The main housing comprises a first air inlet at a side wall thereof, the inner housing comprises an opening. An airflow channel is located between the main housing and the inner housing, and in communication with the first air inlet, the opening and an inside of the inner housing. The handheld power tool of the present invention not only has good heat dissipation effect, but also has waterproof and dustproof effects, and can work in rainy days and humid areas without affecting the performance of the whole machine.
ELECTRICAL TOOL HAVING DRIVING SHOCK ABSORBING STRUCTURE
An electrical tool includes a housing, a motor, a bearing set and a shock-absorbing element. The motor is disposed in the housing and has a driving shaft and a nut. The bearing set is arranged on a side of the motor and includes a bearing seat, a bearing and a tool spindle. The tool spindle has a slot disposed at one end thereof facing the motor, and another end thereof is disposed protrusively from the bearing seat. One end of the driving shaft is combined in the slot through the nut. The shock-absorbing element sheathes the nut and is attached to an inner wall of the slot to reduce the vibration and noise during the operation of the electrical tool.
