Template Device
A template device including an extendable base having a first part and a second part that are extendable along the device's longitudinal axis. A first swivel is appropriately attached to the first part, and a second swivel is appropriately attached to the second part such that the first swivel and second swivels are disposed on opposite ends of the base. The second part includes a slot having a width sized for frictionally receiving a stud member that extends from the first part, the slot sized and shaped for allowing the stud member to slide along the length of the slot.

Gutter marking template set
A gutter marking template set includes a right-handed gutter marking template and a left-handed gutter marking template, each including a template frame having a first template frame surface and a second template frame surface. The template frame may include a main frame member having a first main frame member end and a second main frame member end. A first frame member may be carried by the main frame member and may have a first frame member surface extending between and at a cut angle with respect to the first template frame surface and the second template frame surface. A second frame member may be carried by the main frame member in spaced-apart relationship to the first frame member. The second frame member may have a second frame member surface extending between and at the cut angle with respect to the first template frame surface and the second template frame surface and parallel to the first frame member surface. A first frame notch may be provided at the first main frame member end of the main frame member. A second frame notch may be provided at the second main frame member end of the main frame member. A spanning frame member may extend between the first frame member and the second frame member and in spaced-apart relationship to the main frame member.
JIG OF SPIRIT LEVEL CLAMPING AID TOOLS, SQUARES AND HAND CLAMPS
One or more clamping aid tools for mounting to various squares and straight edges, including carpenter squares, framing squares, speed squares or the like, and various straight edges and rulers for easily and accurately positioning various objects, either flat and/or round, magnetic or not. The clamping aid tools can secure these squares and straight edges to various objects while they are being fitted, secured and/or welded together.
PRECISION PIPE ETCHING MECHANISM
An apparatus for marking pipes at a plurality of cutting angles comprises a marking plate of adjustable length. The marking plate comprises a plurality of apertures and a plurality indicators. Each aperture is of a different size and configured to receive a pipe of a certain diameter through the marking plate. Each aperture is defined by a first half-circle side and a second half-circle side and the distance between the first half-circle side and the second half-circle side of each aperture varies according to the adjusted length of the marking plate. Also, the distance between the first half-circle side and the second half-circle side of each aperture corresponds to an angle of a pipe received through the marking plate. Indicators specify a diameter of a pipe received through the adjustable marking plate and the angle of the pipe with respect to the adjustable marking plate.
Right angle steel worker's layout tool
The right angle steel worker's layout tool is a tool with a pair of adjustable marking slides that are each used for determining the location of welds and holes on steel beams. Each of the pair of adjustable marking slides is comprised of a lower lock plate, an upper lock plate, a lock knob, and a screw member. The lower lock plate is able to slide along a track groove provided on the tool. The lock knob is used to secure the upper lock plate and the lower lock plate at a designated location along the track groove. The track groove includes a plurality of markings used to designate different dimensions.
Mechanism for forming orthogonal joints in conduits
The present disclosure provides an apparatus for forming orthogonal joints in conduits. The apparatus includes a first piece including a first plurality of curved openings and a second piece including a second plurality of curved openings. The apparatus includes a hinge configured to couple the first piece to the second piece and to enable the first and second pieces to be configurable in each of a closed position and an open position, where, when in the open position, the first piece is positioned adjacent to the second piece and, when in the closed position, the first and second pieces are configured to define a channel for receiving a conduit and each of the first plurality of curved openings is aligned with a corresponding one of the second plurality of curved openings. The apparatus further includes one or more magnets coupled to the first or the second piece.
PROJECTION SYSTEM, PROJECTION DEVICE AND PROJECTION METHOD
A projection system includes a projection device that projects drawings individually onto a plurality of work spots in a work site. The projection device includes a driver that changes an orientation of the projection device. When drawings are individually projected onto a first work spot and a second work spot in a stated sequence, and the second work spot is outside a projection angle that is projectable by the projection device, the driver changes the orientation of the projection device to include the second work spot within the projection angle after work at the first work spot is finished. The first work spot and the second work spot are included in the plurality of work spots.
MICROPERCUSSION MARKING SYSTEM WITH RFID
The invention relates to a marking system comprising at least one micropercussion marking machine, characterized in that it also comprises a first RFID (radiofrequency identification) means fitted to said marking machine, a second RFID means fitted to a device separate from said marking machine, said first RFID means being designed to transmit first information to said second RFID means and/or said second RFID means being designed to transmit second information to said first RFID means. The invention is particularly suitable for the micropercussion marking of industrial components or products in order to identify them and track them easily and reliably.
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION MICROPERCUSSION MARKING SYSTEM WITH CENTRALIZED MANAGEMENT, AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
The invention concerns a marking system (1) comprising: a plurality of micro-percussion marking machines (2) each equipped with a respective wireless link device (3), a computer network infrastructure designed to generate a connection area where said respective link devices (3) cooperate with said infrastructure in order to establish a respective wireless connection (8) between each machine (2) and said network (7), a centralized marking management device (9) connected to the infrastructure (6) and intended to provide said machines (2) with first information and/or to receive second information from said machines (2).
The invention is particularly suitable for the micro-percussion marking of a large number of industrial components to ensure their identification and monitoring.
