Fishing rod
One object is to provide a fishing rod in which stability in securing a fitting is achieved. The fishing rod includes a molded rod section having a surface and the fitting placed on the surface, the fitting having a securing portion and being secured to the surface with a sheet member made of a thermosetting resin that is wound on the securing portion and heat-cured. The sheet member includes a first sheet member and a second sheet member made of thermosetting resins, the first sheet member being placed or wound on the rod section, the second sheet member being wound over the first sheet member and the securing portion placed on the first sheet member. The thermosetting resins of the first sheet member and the second sheet member have different curing temperatures from each other.

DIGITALLY CONTROLLED VARIABLE STIFFNESS SPORTING EQUIPMENT
A system, method, and apparatus for an athlete to variably control the flexibility and stiffness parameters of a piece of athletic equipment to select a desired performance characteristic of the equipment based on the stiffness parameter. According to certain embodiments discussed herein, an item of sporting equipment may be embedded, impregnated, lined, or encased using nitinol components, wherein the nitinol components may themselves be treated using a specific method in order to achieve the desired transformation results, as described below.
Fishing assembly
A fishing device adapted to be used hands-free and generate an alert when a fish is hooked is ideally suited to be used in confined spaces such as an ice fishing shelter.
Tension-adjusting fishing pole
The tension-adjusting fishing pole comprises a rod blank, a stiffener, a rod handle, and a reel. The rod handle, the stiffener, and the rod blank may be coupled together to form a fishing pole. The reel may be coupled to a reel seat on the rod handle such that the fishing pole and the reel may be operable as the fishing pole. The rod blank may comprise a hollow interior. A fluid may be forced into the hollow interior of the rod blank by the stiffener and may increase pressure within the rod blank to stiffen the rod blank. The pressure on the fluid may be reduced by the stiffener to allow the rod blank to flex.

FISHING ROD SINKER STORAGE SYSTEM AND METHODS OF USE
An apparatus to store a fishing sinker on a fishing rod, having a tube with an open top and an open bottom, said tube having a vertical opening formed from said top to said bottom, a bottom cap with an opening formed therein, said opening configured to match said vertical opening, said bottom cap affixed to said open bottom of said tube, an attachment device to mount said tube to the fishing pole, and, thus, functions to provide a way to keep heavy fishing sinkers secured to the pole when not in use, to prevent personal injury, equipment damage, or boat damage.
Pressure Dispersing Apparatus and Method of Using Same For Fishing Rod
An improved fishing rod butt component that has only one non-rusting, self-latching, moving part which can rotate smoothly from a self-locking literal alignment with the fishing rod into a non-injurious, moveable within ninety (90) degrees to a lower barrel T shaped body (e.g., requiring no positioning pins, levers, potentially rusting springs, screws, wooden covers, wedges or retainers) to be held against the body of the fisherman or user during a fish fight. The fishing rod butt can be retro-fitted as an improvement to an existing or pre-owned fishing rod that needs additional comfort and stability also includes a gimbal butt apparatus
Tension-adjusting fishing pole
The tension-adjusting fishing pole has a composite prism structure. The tension-adjusting fishing pole is a flexible structure with an elastic nature. By flexible is meant that the tension-adjusting fishing pole will deform when a deformation force is applied to the tension-adjusting fishing pole from a direction that is perpendicular to the center axis of the composite prism structure of the tension-adjusting fishing pole. The tension-adjusting fishing pole has an adjustable stiffness. By adjustable stiffness is meant that the modulus of the response of the tension-adjusting fishing pole to the deformation force is adjustable. The tension-adjusting fishing pole comprises a first pole structure, a second pole structure, a fitting structure, and a plurality of working fluids. The fitting structure attaches the first pole structure to the second pole structure to form a fluid impermeable containment structure. The plurality of working fluids are contained in the fluid impermeable containment structure.
FISHING ROD
Provided is a fishing rod which includes a rod body, a hooking member, and a reel base. A fishing line with a fish hook connected to an end thereof is wound around the rod body, the reel base is connected to a rear end of the rod body, and the hooking member is sleeved on the rod body and is located at a front end of the reel base. The hooking member is provided with a hooking hole in which the fish hook is hooked. Compared with the prior art, in the present disclosure, a hooking hole is provided on hooking member, so that the fish hook can be hooked in the hooking hole after the fishing, in order to avoid the fish hook from scratching the rod body which affects the aesthetics of the fishing rod and causes wear to the fish hook, thereby improving user experience.
