PACKAGE, APPARATUS AND PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING SUCH A PACKAGE
A package includes a support and a closing film. The support has a supporting portion that receives a product, a perimetral edge surrounding the supporting portion, a gripping portion extending away from the opposite side of the supporting portion, a removable portion extending from the supporting portion. The closing film engages a portion of the perimetral edge and, with the support, defines a housing compartment for the product. The closing film comprises a first film portion engaged with the removable portion and a second film portion engaged with the gripping portion. When the package is opened, the removable portion at least partly separates from the support together with the first film portion and the second film portion remains engaged with the gripping portion of the support.
METHODS FOR THE COMMINUTION OF BOTANICAL FEEDSTOCK
A method for treating cannabis comprises treating a feedstock of cannabis and obtaining treated feedstock comprising comminuted cannabis; pneumatically conveying the treated feedstock to a cyclonic separator; and, subjecting the treated feedstock to a first cyclonic separation stage and obtaining a first stream of treated feedstock separated out of a fluid stream by the first cyclonic separation stage and a first fluid stream having a reduced level of treated feedstock.

Scraping tools that deburr multiple edges of a part
Systems and methods are provided for scraping tools for edging composite parts. One embodiment is an apparatus that includes a scraping tool. The scraping tool includes a base member, a first wall upwardly extending from a first side of the base member, a second wall upwardly extending from a second side of the base member, and a channel defined by the base member, the first wall, and the second wall. The scraping tool further includes a first blade mount within the channel that is fixed to the first wall, and a second blade mount within the channel that is fixed to the second wall. The first blade mount secures a blade oriented oblique to the base member, and the second blade mount secures a blade oriented oblique to the base member.
Blade for a stripping and cutting tool
A blade for a stripping and peeling tool for stripping and peeling a pre-insulated pipe. The blade comprises a main body having a cutting edge disposed on a longitudinal edge thereof, and an insert blade having an axle for mounting in the main body so that a cutting edge of the insert blade runs parallel to the cutting edge of the main body.
CONDUIT CUTTING ASSEMBLY
A conduit cutting assembly is comprised of a conduit cutting surface, a drive shaft, a top shield and a bottom guide. The conduit cutting assembly is inserted into a rotary device which provides a torque to rotate the conduit cutting assembly. The shield glides along the top surface of the conduit preventing deeper penetration of the cutting surface and deflecting dust as conduit is cut. The guide is positioned on the internal side of the conduit and prevents the cutting surface from contacting encased wiring. The distance between the bottom surface of the shield and the top surface of the guide is closely aligned to the conduit wall thickness. Conduit cutting assemblies can be customized for conduit material and conduit wall thickness. The conduit cutting assembly safely cuts through conduit without damaging encased wiring, limits incidental contact with the cutting surface, and limits contact with dust generated through the cutting procedure.
TIRE DISRUPTOR DEVICE
Disruptor device consisting in a frame said frame (F) having a Water Jet system to disaggregate one portion a tread or a sidewall of a tire, an hydraulic power unit, a control cabinet with PLC and control panel, a lower assembly, an upper assembly, an hopper for collection of fragmented materials and a vibrating screen, a group for the forced ventilation system and the air/water separation wherein the upper assembly consists on a frame divided in two identical first half-frame and second half-frame (20b); the upper assembly is supported to the frame (F) by two arms (1a, 1b); the upper assembly (9) presents a series of rollers (14) and a movable plate (24) positioned on each half-frame (20a, 20b) between two of these rollers (14) and supporting an upper nozzles head (18) supplied by high pressure water through a piping system; the lower assembly (2) presents a set of rollers (15) mounted on a fixed frame (22); in the space between two of rollers (15) scrolls a slide (24) for nozzle-head (21) that supports one or more, left and right, lower nozzles (23) supplied by high pressure water through a piping system.
FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL
Briefly, a variety of embodiments of composite materials including part fabrication using composite materials is described.
Tire processing apparatus and method of use
This invention relates to a tire processing apparatus for processing large used tires as are found from industrial mining applications. The present invention relates particularly to a tire processing apparatus comprising a head that is operable to move about two or more axes at a first end of a swing arm, the head further having a rasp operable to strip rubber particles from a stationary tire for use of the particles as a landscaping mulch. In various embodiments, the apparatus also comprises a head with a circular saw operable to cut a portion of the tire into a livestock trough. The invention also includes a method using the above. The system and method in its various embodiments are particularly adept at processing used tires from mining industry applications.
PIPE SPLITTING APPARATUS WITH REPLACEABLE BLADE
Pipe splitting apparatuses and systems including a replaceable blade, and methods therefor, are provided. In various examples, a pipe splitting apparatus includes an outer surface including a recess. A blade including a portion is disposed within the recess. A hardenable material is disposed within the recess. The hardenable material is configured to flow upon application to fill empty space within the recess and at least partially around the portion of the blade disposed within the recess. The hardenable material is further configured to harden after application to secure the portion of the blade within the recess and fix the blade to the pipe splitting apparatus.
