CUTTING MACHINE FOR PRODUCTS MADE OF CELLULOSE MATERIAL AND RELATED METHOD
The machine includes a feed channel of a product to be cut and members for feeding the product along the feed channel. A cutting blade is provided to cut the products into articles according to cutting planes orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the products and a sharpening unit is provided to sharpen the cutting blade. The machine further includes an adjustment system that receives in input at least one information on the operation of the cutting machine and provides, in response to the information, an adjustment command of the cutting machine.
CUTTING DEVICE AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A cutting device controls a movement mechanism based on cutting data for cutting, along a cutting line, an object to be cut placed on a placement member. The cutting device acquires an attribute of the cutting line. The cutting device decides, based on the acquired attribute, a correction amount to correct the cutting line. The cutting device generates, based on the cutting data, corrected cutting data for cutting the object to be cut along the cutting line corrected by the decided correction amount. The cutting device controls the movement mechanism based on the generated corrected cutting data and cutting the object to be cut.
Mat Clamping Systems And Methods For Mat Cutting Machine
A computerized mat cutter machine system includes a mat table having a cutter surface, at least one clamp moveable between a clamped position to secure a matboard to the mat table and a non-clamped position, a cutter head for performing at least one of cutting and finishing a design in the matboard, and a clamp controller bus for communicatively coupling a board controller to a clamp controller of the at least one clamp. The clamp controller bus includes a first bus configured as a dual ended serial differential bus that allows signals to flow from the board controller to the clamp controller, and a second bus configured as an analog bus that allows signals to flow from the clamp controller to the board controller.
Slicing machine with product recognition device
In order to reliably detect, without supplying electric current or any other type of energy to a gripper, whether a rear end of a product caliber is in a grippable position close to a gripper base body and/or gripper claws are extended into the product caliber, i.e., are activated, a signal transmitter may be moved into an activated position via a purely mechanical operative connection between a sensing element, which detects the approach of the product caliber to the gripper base body in a contacting manner, which position can be detected by a sensor arranged far behind the gripper at a base frame of the machine.
Winding Device for Winding a Material Web
The invention relates to a winding apparatus for winding a material web traveling in a direction of travel, having at least one blade for cutting the material web in a web direction into a plurality of partial material webs, and having a folding apparatus for folding the edges of the partial material webs. To furnish a winding apparatus that enables a material web with folded edges to be wound with as little wrinkling as possible, a folding element is furnished for each edge of the partial material webs. The at least one blade may be moved transversely to the direction of travel using a first oscillating apparatus. Using a second oscillating apparatus, the folding elements for the left-hand edges of the partial material webs, as viewed in the direction of travel, may be moved transversely to the direction of travel. Using a third oscillating apparatus, the folding elements for the right-hand edges of the partial material webs, as viewed in the direction of travel, may be moved transversely to the direction of travel. The first oscillating apparatus, second oscillating apparatus and third oscillating apparatus may be controlled by a control unit in such a manner that the folded edges of the partial material webs may be wound at an offset to one another.
AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTABLE SYSTEM FOR CUTTING AT VARIABLE NOTCH ANGLES
A knife assembly for cutting a substrate during relative motion between the knife and the substrate, the assembly including a knife having a distal knife blade and a proximal knife shaft attached to a holder rotatable about a first axis perpendicular to the substrate to define a cut direction angle. The holder is also configured to rotate the knife blade about a second axis perpendicular to the first axis to form a notch angle relative to the first axis. The notch angle is preferably automatically infinitely adjustable within a range of angles. The holder may also, optionally, be configured to rotate the knife blade about a third axis perpendicular to a plane defined by the knife blade to adjust an angle of attack of the knife blade relative to the substrate.

INDEX TAB FORMING SYSTEM
An index tab forming system sequentially forms index tabs to a plurality of sheets without replacing a blade die. The index tab forming system includes a rotary die cutter 5 on which a long blade die that can form an index tab at any position of the sheet in the conveyance direction is mounted. Furthermore, the index tab forming system includes a rotational speed calculation unit configured to calculate the rotational speed of a conveyance roller pair 37 based on the rotational position of a die cut roller 50, a sheet position detection signal provided by a sheet detection sensor 40, the number of times of sheet conveyance, and a shift distance between respective index tabs and a conveyance roller control unit configured to control the rotational speed of the conveyance roller pair 37 based on the calculated rotational speed.
SHEET PROCESSING SYSTEM
A sheet processing system conveys a material sheet in a first direction; calculates an inclination angle of the first registration mark of the material sheet with respect to the first direction; and includes cutting blades configured to cut the material sheet to produce sheet pieces and a cutting direction adjustment mechanism configured to adjust a cutting direction to a direction of the inclination angle. The sheet processing system conveys the sheet piece in a second direction; and includes a guide member configured to extend in the second direction and to guide a cutting end of the sheet piece, a processing place position identification section configured to identify a position on a conveyance path of a processing place of the sheet piece based on the inclination angle, and processing mechanisms configured to perform processing on the processing place whose the position on a conveyance path is identified.
