ASSEMBLED BAMBOO SLEEPER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses an assembled bamboo sleeper, which is obtained by using a bamboo unit as a raw material, dried and modified at the temperature of 110-180° C., undergone coating treatment using a dopamine solution, adhesive dipping, curing and solidifying, assembling and gluing, further solidifying, further treatment using a dopamine solution, and anti-mildew and/or anti-corrosion and/or anti-insect treatment, and then fastened. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the foregoing bamboo sleeper. The bamboo sleeper prepared in the present invention is green and environmentally friendly, and applicable for ballasted tracks of railways and urban rail transit systems.
FIBER STRUCTURAL BODY AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR THE SAME
A fiber structural body includes cellulose fibers and a binding material which binds the cellulose fibers, the cellulose fibers are contained at a content of 50.0 to 70.0 percent by mass with respect to the fiber structural body, and the binding material is a natural component.
FIRE-RATED STRUCTURAL OSB PANELS WITH OVERLAID WATER-RESISTANT BARRIER
A wood or engineered wood structural panel, such as, but not limited to, OSB (“oriented strand board”) or plywood, that is both fire-resistant and water resistant. The panel is factory-coated with a product that provides fire resistance. The treatment gives it a Fire-Resistant (FR) performance (for use in a one- or two-hour rated assembly). The panel also is overlaid or coated in a factory setting with a weather/water resistive barrier (WRB). The structural panel thus combines a fire-resistant structural sheathing and WRB product in one integrated panel produced at a factory prior for installation at a job site.
ONE-STEP INTEGRALLY-FORMED BAMBOO SLEEPER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses a one-step integrally-formed bamboo sleeper. For the one-step integrally-formed bamboo sleeper, a bamboo unit is used as a raw material, to be dried and modified at the temperature of 110-180° C., and then subject to adhesive dipping, adhesive throwing, solidification, dopamine solution treatment, anti-mildew and/or anti-corrosion and/or anti-insect treatment, and fastening, to obtain the one-step integrally-formed bamboo sleeper with a density of 0.9-1.5 g/cm.sup.3. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the foregoing bamboo sleeper. The bamboo sleeper prepared in the present invention has a suitable elastic modulus, and applicable for ballasted tracks of railways and urban rail transit systems.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MAKING INSULATING PANELS
The invention relates to a device and a method having a first and a second zone (Z1, Z2) for producing insulating or acoustic panels from a pressed material mat (2) which consists at least partially of lignocellulose particles coated with binders, the first zone (Z1) being designed for heating and/or compressing the pressed material mat, and the second zone (Z2) being designed for curing the pressed material mat with the aid of calibration plates (3), and there being driven circulating screen bands (5a-5f) in contact with the upper and lower pressed material mat surfaces. According to the invention, to increase the production speed, at least four circulating screen bands (5a-5f) are used, at least two of which are in operative contact with the pressed material mat (2) in the region of the first zone (Z1), and at least two of which are in operative contact with the pressed material mat (2) in the region of the second zone (Z2).

System and method for making synthetic building materials using plastic waste combined with industrial and agricultural scrap
The invention to provide a system of equipment for making synthetic building materials using plastic wastes combined with industrial and agricultural scrap includes: sorting and cleaning equipment, grinding equipment, powder grinding equipment, mixing equipment, pelletizing equipment, drying equipment, hot stir equipment, shaping equipment are connected together by mechanical connectors. The database connected to the controller controls the sorting and cleaning equipment, the grinding equipment, the powder grinding equipment, the mixing equipment, the pelletizing equipment, the drying equipment, the hot stir equipment, and the shaping equipment through transmission channels. In addition, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing for making synthetic building materials using plastic wastes combined with industrial and agricultural scrap.
Adhesive, a Production Method of a Wood Board Using the Adhesive and Product Thereof
Present invention is related to an adhesive, a production method of a wood board using the adhesive and product thereof. The adhesive of the disclosure comprises an organic material, an inorganic material, a curing agent and a catalyst. The said adhesive is able to bond the wood material, especially recycled wood material perfectly. The wood material is not necessary to have any pretreatment like removing color, pigment or plastic lining so as to be introduced to the film process directly. After breaking and adjusting the moisture content of the wood material, it can be mixed with the adhesive of the present invention and hard pressed into wood product with good duration and quality. The adhesive and the production method of wood board provided by the present invention is able to ameliorate the problem of the conventional water based adhesive to save energy and processing time.
ARTICLES MADE FROM LIPOPHILIC-RICH CELLULOSIC MATERIAL AND METHODS THEREFOR
The invention relates to systems and techniques for manufacturing articles containing cellulosic material, a tackifier, and a binder, and related processes of making and using the cellulosic articles. In particularly exemplary embodiments, the manufactured articles are door skins, sometimes known as door facings, and doors made from the door skins. The article contains a lipophilic cellulosic material, a tackifier, and a binder.
Wood material board with reduced emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and method for the production thereof
A method for producing wood material boards with reduced emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), including: a) producing woodchips from suitable timbers; b) heat-treating at least one portion of the woodchips at a temperature between 150° C. and 300° C. for a period of 1 to 5 hours; c) crushing the wood chips that are not heat-treated and at least one portion of the heat-treated woodchips by machining in order to obtain wood shavings or by solubilizing in order to obtain wood fibers; d) gluing the wood shavings or wood fibers with at least one binding agent; e) applying the glued wood shavings onto a transport belt while forming a multi-layered shavings cake or applying the glued wood fibers onto a transport belt while forming a single-layer fiber cake; and f) compressing the shavings cake or the fiber cake to form a wood material board.
