METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOAM MOLDED BODY AND FOAM MOLDED BODY
A method for producing a foam-molded product by using a plasticizing cylinder, includes: plasticizing and melting the thermoplastic resin to provide the molten resin in a plasticization zone of the plasticizing cylinder; introducing a pressurized fluid containing the physical foaming agent at a fixed pressure into a starvation zone of the plasticizing cylinder to retain the starvation zone at the fixed pressure; allowing the molten resin to be in the starved state in the starvation zone; bringing the molten resin in contact with the pressurized fluid containing the physical foaming agent at the fixed pressure, in the starvation zone in a state in which the starvation zone is retained at the fixed pressure; and molding the molten resin having been brought in contact with the pressurized fluid containing the physical foaming agent into the foam-molded product.
Paper Cup and Its Manufacturing Process
The present paper cup comprises a cup body, and the cup body comprises inner paper and outer paper. There are hollow bulges on the outer paper, and the outer paper forms a connecting part. The inner side of the connecting part bonds to the outer side of the inner paper, and the cup rim of the outer paper extends to the cup rim of the inner paper. In addition, the outer side of the cup rim of the inner paper bonds to the inner side of the outer paper, and both cup rims of the outer paper and the inner paper bend outward to form a double layered crimping. The manufacturing process for the present paper cup includes: paper preparation, rolling, composition, sheet cutting, forming, molding and etc.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLYETHYLENE RESIN FOAM MOLDED ARTICLE
A method of producing a polyethylene resin expanded molded product includes filling a mold with expanded polyethylene resin particles, wherein an internal pressure of 0.12 to 0.16 MPa is applied to the expanded polyethylene resin particles in the mold, and forming the polyethylene resin expanded molded product by heating the expanded polyethylene resin particles and fusing the expanded polyethylene resin particles. The expanded polyethylene resin particles includes 100 parts by weight of a polyethylene resin, 0.08 to 0.25 parts by weight of a cell nucleating agent, 0.3 to 0.8 parts by weight of a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester, and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a hydrophilic compound, each of the expanded polyethylene resin particles having a weight of 2.5 to 3.5 mg. The polyethylene resin expanded molded product has a density of 0.017 to 0.021 g/cm.sup.3 and a thickness of 10 to 40 mm.
Foam and method of forming foam
A method for making a foam component is provided and includes inserting a foam material into a cavity of a mold having a top plate and a bottom plate, heating the foam material to cause the foam material to expand, and moving one of the top plate and the bottom plate relative to the other of the top plate and the bottom plate as the foam material expands and contacts the one of the top plate and the bottom plate to cause the foam material to fold over on itself within the cavity.
OPENING/CLOSING APPARATUS AND MOLDING APPARATUS
There is provided an opening/closing apparatus which can eliminate the influence of a slight gap formed between a bush and a pin in a link connecting portion of a toggle link mechanism and, in addition, can enhance workability e.g mold replacement,
An opening/closing apparatus according to an embodiment includes: a fixed platen 20 to which one mold 21 of a pair of molds is to be mounted; a movable platen 22 to which the other mold 23 is to be mounted; a pressure-receiving platen 24 connected to the fixed platen 20 via tie bars 36; an opening/closing mechanism for opening/closing the molds by moving the movable platen 22 back and forth, including a toggle link mechanism 28 connecting the pressure-receiving platen 24 and the movable platen 22; a first drive mechanism for driving the opening/closing mechanism; and a second drive mechanism 50 for applying a load to the movable platen 22 in a given direction in conjunction with the first drive mechanism.
Functional laminate and production method therefor
Provided is a functional laminate including a porous intermediate layer having air permeability laminated between a porous surface layer and a resin foamed layer, the porous intermediate layer having an average void ratio smaller than that of the porous surface layer.
