MICROGRAFT FOR THE TREATMENT OF INTRACRANIAL ANEURYSMS AND METHOD FOR USE
A device for occluding a vasculature of a patient including a micrograft having an absorbent polymeric structure with a lumen of transporting blood. The micrograft has a series of peaks and valleys formed by crimping. The occluding device is sufficiently small and flexible to be tracked on a guidewire and/or pushed through a microcatheter to a site within the vasculature of the patient. Delivery systems for delivering the micrografts are also disclosed.

Imposed on the securement wire is a controlled friction force established within an intentional friction zone created by: (i) reflow of an outer sleeve through side port opening(s) in the inner support tube and into the passageway; or (ii) the securement wire having bend(s) creating an associated point(s) of direct physical contact with the inner wall of the inner support tube. During delivery of the implantable intravascular treatment device to a target site, the imposed controlled friction force minimizing movement of the securement wire relative to the inner support tube, and upon reaching the target site, a force being applied to overcome the imparted controlled friction force and releasing the implantable intravascular device.

Electrofusion fittings for lined pipes
A liner bridge for a lined pipeline has bores extending through a tubular wall and terminals fitted in the bores, each terminal being exposed to an inward side of the wall for conducting electricity to an electrofusion element. A sealing interface between each terminal and its surrounding bore has one or more projecting formations of the terminal and at least one complementary formation of the bore engaged with the or each of the projecting formations. The interface can also include a sealing mass in the bore.

BAMBOO STRAW MACHINING METHOD
The invention relates to the technical field of bamboo products machining, in particular to a bamboo straw machining method, comprising: connecting two or more bamboo pieces to form a bamboo strip, continuously winding the bamboo strip according to a preset helical angle to form a cylinder, and cutting the cylinder according to a preset interval to form straws. Compared with traditional methods, the method has the following advantages: bamboo pieces are continuously connected to obtain a bamboo strip for continuous production, then the continuous bamboo strip is continuously wound to obtain a cylinder which is good in mechanical property, stable in structure and uniform in appearance, and finally, the cylinder is cut at equal intervals to continuously produce bamboo straws that are highly consistent in specification and performance; and the working efficiency is improved by over 20% on the whole. Labor and equipment costs are greatly reduced.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A MEASURING TUBE FOR A FLOWMETER
A measuring tube includes a support tube having a metal wall surrounding a lumen, a thermoplastic liner lining the support tube and a sensor element. The liner tube has an outer diameter less than an inner diameter of the support tube, and the wall of the liner tube has a fold, such that both the lumen and a lateral surface of the liner tube have a form deviating from that of a circular cylinder. The lateral surface is curved concavely. The liner tube is positioned in the lumen and heated into a viscoelastic state and deformed such that the wall of the liner tube unfolds and presses against the wall of the support tube, such that the lateral surface is curved convexly. The liner tube is cooled and a shape is formed between the liner tube and support tube for durably securing the liner tube in the support tube.
