Squeezing-Roll Granulator, Granulating System Comprising Same, And Use Of The Squeezing-Roll Granulator
A squeezing roller granulator that has a squeezing roller pair composed of a toothed pressure roller and a toothed squeezing roller. The teeth of the pressure roller and the squeezing roller have tooth flanks that are situated between a tooth root region and a tooth tip region. The tooth root region has an outer diameter that is smaller than the outer diameter of the tooth tip region, and the tooth tip region of at least one of the rollers of the squeezing roller pair has three squeezing zones including a middle squeezing zone, which define different distances between the tooth tip regions with a minimum distance in the region of the middle squeezing zone, and the contour of the tooth flanks and the tooth root region of the rollers of the squeezing roller pair defines a maximum cross-section of granulate cushions to be formed.
PARAFFIN DISPENSER, EMBEDDER, AND CONTROL METHOD AND CONTROL APPARATUS FOR PARAFFIN DISPENSER
A control method and a control apparatus for a paraffin dispenser in an embedder, a paraffin dispenser and an embedder are provided. The control method includes: collecting information of a current mold so as to acquire an identification of the current mold; determining whether the identification of the current mold is correct; and controlling the paraffin dispenser to pour paraffin into the current mold, when it is determined that the identification of the current mold is correct.
ELECTROSTATIC 3-D PRINTING SYSTEM HAVING ACOUSTIC TRANSFER AND COROTRON
3-D printers include a transfuse station having at least one roller on one side of the ITB supporting the ITB, and a transmission device on the same side of the ITB. A platen is included that moves relative to the ITB. The ITB electrostatically transfers a layer made up of the different color build materials and the support material to the platen each time the platen contacts the other side of the ITB at the transfuse station (the side of the ITB opposite the transfuse station roller and transmission device) using vibration and charge devices; and this successively forms multiple layers of the build materials and the support material on the platen.
COSMETIC ELEMENT AND A METHOD FOR MAKING SUCH A COSMETIC ELEMENT
A cosmetic element (3), in particular a make-up product, formed by a first cosmetic product (4) and at least a second cosmetic product (5) different from the first one; the first cosmetic product (4) is a matrix inside of which a plurality of macroscopic corpuscular units (6) are sunk, formed by said at least one second cosmetic product (5).
COMPOSITE CRYSTAL FLOORING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a composite crystal flooring. The composite crystal flooring may have a multi-layer structure. The composite crystal flooring may include a substrate layer. The substrate layer may include at least a first structural layer, a second structural layer, and a third structural layer. The second structural layer may be located between the first structural layer and the third structural layer. A foaming density of the second structural layer may be less than 1.1 grams per cubic millimeter. Components of the second structural layer may include polyvinyl chloride, one or more inorganic fillers, at least one foaming agent, at least one foaming regulator, at least one lubricating agent, and at least one stabilizer. The one or more inorganic fillers may include modified fly ash, hollow glass microbeads, and composite calcium. The composite crystal flooring with a low density may have good thermal stability and rigidity.
Thermoplastic elastomer composition, method for producing the same, and elastomer molded body
A thermoplastic elastomer composition having: at least one elastomer component selected from the group made of elastomeric polymers (A) each of which has a side chain containing a hydrogen-bond cross-linkable moiety having a carbonyl-containing group and/or a nitrogen-containing heterocycle and has a glass-transition point of 25° C. or below, and elastomeric polymers (B) each of which contains a hydrogen-bond cross-linkable moiety and a covalent-bond cross-linking moiety in a side chain and has a glass-transition point of 25° C. or below; an organically modified clay, a content ratio of which is 20 parts by mass or less relative to 100 parts by mass of the elastomer component; and a polymer (Z) which is a polymer other than the elastomeric polymers (A) and (B), and an SP value of which is 9.0 or more and is greater by 0.5 or more than an SP value of the elastomer component.
WHEAT PLASTIC CLOTHES HANGER
A method of manufacturing a clothes hanger is disclosed. The method includes adding ingredients into an injection machine. The ingredients made up of a wheat Fiber, a polypropylene, a polyethylene wax and a Talc Powder. The method heats and mixes the ingredients to melt the ingredients forming a composite mixture. The composite material is extruded into a mold, forming the hanger base. The hanger base is extracted from the injection machine and a hanger hook is inserted into the hanger neck.
Hybrid additive manufacturing with dual phase change materials
A manufacturing method includes using an additive manufacturing process to form a first object. The first object includes layers, among which is a first layer that comprises a first material and a second material. The first material surrounds the second material within the first layer. Both materials are solids that transition into liquids at corresponding first and second temperatures, the first temperature being lower than the second temperature. The method includes, after having formed the first object, exposing the first object to a temperature that is between the first temperature and the second temperature such that the first material melts, thereby leaving behind a second object, the second object comprising the second material.
METHOD FOR FORMING A STICK FOR LIPS, A MACHINE FOR FORMING STICKS FOR LIPS, AND A PRODUCT FOR LIPS MADE USING THIS METHOD
A method for forming a stick for lips includes positioning a mould (2) made of an elastic material, such as silicone, on a first support (11), the said mould comprising a casting cavity (4) endowed with an opening (5). The method further includes centring a cup (3) in the casting cavity (4) opening (5), pouring a melted cosmetic product through the cup (3) and into the casting cavity (4), waiting for the solidification of the melted cosmetic product in the casting cavity (4) so as to form the stick, and extracting the stick (7) from the cavity by gripping the cup (3).
Shaped or sized encapsulated reactant and method of making
Technologies are described for a method of making an encapsulated reactant having a desired shape or size. The method comprises providing solid reactant particles and an encapsulating material. The encapsulating material is heated above its solidification temperature to form a molten, semi-solid, or liquid encapsulating material. The solid reactant particles are added to the molten, semi-solid, or liquid encapsulating material and mixed to disperse the solid reactant particles in the encapsulating material and form a mixture. The mixture may be extruded or formed into the desired shape or size of the encapsulated reactant, or the mixture may be solidified and extruded, granulated, shredded, ground, or pressed into the desired shape or size.
