A rodent electrocution assembly includes a housing that may be positioned on the ground thereby facilitating the housing to be aligned with a rodent tunnel. A pair of legs is provided and each of the legs is hingedly coupled to the housing. Each of the legs is urged to penetrate the ground thereby facilitating each of the legs to be positioned in the rodent tunnel. An electrifying unit is coupled to the housing. The electrifying unit is positioned in the rodent tunnel when the pair of legs is positioned in the rodent tunnel. The electrifying unit electrocutes a rodent when the rodent passes through the pair of legs.

The invention relates to a system for the elimination of parasites adhered to fish, by directly applying electricity to the fish, thereby removing the parasites without harming the fish, the system comprising: an entry and drainage area (1) that allows the fish to be separated from the water transporting them, which is joined to an application area (2) where electricity is applied to the fish, by means of contact with electrodes (3, 3b) such as curtain electrodes (3) and/or grill electrodes (3b), the electricity being controlled by a control unit (4) that regulate and sets the intensity, voltage and electrical frequency required to remove the parasites without harming the fish; spray nozzles (5) installed in the application area, which spray water on the fish to cause the parasites to fall off and move through a return chute (9) that is installed below the application area to receive the sprayed water and parasites contained therein and channel same into a drain; a capturing filter (6) installed in a drainage pipe of the return chute, which traps the parasites, allowing only water to pass to a pond (7) that stores the water for spraying and recovers the water by means of the return chute (9); a pump (8) that pumps the water to the spray nozzles (5); and an outlet (10), tube or pipe joined to the application area, through which the fish return to their environment, without parasites.

Pearl-Away

A convenient effective means is provided to eliminate the lawn pest known as ground pearl (Margarodes spp), a subterranean member of the scale family, that is immune to chemical lawn treatment applications.

This, electrically equipped, hand propelled, device is simply pushed back forth over and around on the turf areas where pearl damage is evident. The design's 4 caster wheels provide an independently sprung suspension permitting close ground clearance during operation insuring full personal safety when used properly.

The design utilizes a magnetron to provide high frequency electromagnet wave energy that is fully confined and directed only strait down into the earth via a one wave length long strait wave guide that maximizes the E field at ground level. From there the wave radiates into the earth hemi spherically with the familiar strength loss as the square of the distance. Fortunately, pearl live close to the surface where they are vulnerable.

The microwave frequency band used is not high enough to be an ionization radiation threat to people or pets. It can however lethally damage the subject organism by agitating the pearl's internal water molecules despite its protective covering.

ENTRY BARRIER

An entry barrier for a doorway includes a first strip, mechanically coupled to a jamb and a threshold around a strike plate. A second strip is mechanically coupled to the jamb and the threshold around the strike plate and parallel to the first strip. A printed circuit board in a power source unit is electrically coupled to the first strip and the second strip. The printed circuit board directs electrical power from the power source unit to the first strip and the second strip such that a pest contacting the first strip or the second strip is electrocuted.
