The ozone generator is designed to produce ozone when a charge is applied to a plurality of insulated electrode plates coated with trace amounts of conductive materials exposed to atmospheric gases. The fan is designed to expel the generated ozone through at least one of the plurality of air vents outward and away from the hunter, such that the hunter's scent is masked by the expelled ozone within the immediately surrounding region.
