Use of an alloy of thermoplastic starch and TPE in the manufacture of an adhesive ultrathin waterproof-breathable film
The present invention relates to the use of thermoplastic starch in the manufacture of an adhesive and ultrathin waterproof-breathable film, said thermoplastic starch being provided in the form of an alloy with hydrophilic TPE comprising at least 10% by weight, preferably at least 20% by weight, preferably at least 30% by weight, preferably at least 40% by weight, preferably at least 50% by weight, of polyethylene glycol (PEG), with regard to the weight of the TPE. This film can be used in a textile product in the medical field, hygiene, luggage, the clothing industry, the garment industry, domestic or household equipment, furniture, fitted carpets, the automobile industry, industry, in particular industrial filtration, agriculture and/or the construction industry.
Shrink films comprising PA 6/6,6
The present invention relates to a process for producing a polymer film (P) comprising a polyamide composition (PC) by extruding the polyamide composition (PC) through an annular die and then stretching the tube thus obtained by blowing in air. The present invention further relates to the polymer film (P) obtainable by the process of the invention and to a process for packaging foodstuffs with the polymer film (P).
Blown film coextrusion line with polygonal extruder arrangement
A blown film coextrusion line includes a support frame, a plurality of extruders each mounted to the support frame and extending upward at an angle, and a downward facing blown film coextrusion die connected to distal ends of each of the plurality of extruders and receiving individual polymer streams from them. The blown film coextrusion line is compact and sturdy and eliminates much of the floor space and towered mounting structure that was required for conventional blown film coextrusion lines. A corresponding method of making a multilayer coextruded blown film is also provided.
Molding apparatus and process
A molding process includes the operation of placing insulation material comprising fibers and binder on the fibers in a mold cavity. The molding process further includes the step of transferring heat to the insulation material to cause the binder to cure.
Method for preparing an adhesive polyolefin, adhesive polyolefin, use thereof, and manufactured article
The present invention refers to co-extrusion of one or more polyolefins with one or more adhesive layers to improve the adhesiveness of the polyolefins in metal, epoxy resin, glass, ceramics, paper, wood, thermoplastic resin, fabric, non-woven fabric, varnishes and formica. More specifically, the present invention refers to a method of co-extruding at least one polyolefin with an adhesive layer, thereby enhancing the adhesion properties of the polyolefin, particularly in polyurethane foams such that a polar surface is imparted to the obtained adhesived polyolefin.
Polyester-Based Sealant Film
Provided is a polyester-based sealant film having highly excellent heat seal strength and excellent recyclability. A polyester-based sealant film of a first aspect of the present invention is a laminated film composed of at least two layers and having a sealing layer and an outermost layer, in which the sealing layer includes a copolymerized polyester formed from a copolymer of terephthalic acid as well as another dicarboxylic acid component and a diol component, the outermost layer includes homopolyethylene terephthalate as a main component, the laminated film has a lamination configuration in which a content proportion (mol %) of the other dicarboxylic acid component in each layer decreases from the sealing layer toward the outermost layer, and a heat seal strength obtainable when the sealing layers of the laminated films are sealed at 0.2 MPa for 1 second in the range of 140° C. to 220° C. is 25 N/15 mm or higher.
TWO-COMPONENT PLATINUM CONTENTED LIQUID SILICONE AND THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF STORAGE BOX LID
The present application provides a storage box lid, a storage box and a method for manufacturing the same. The storage box lid comprises a flexible thin film and a plastic rigid frame. The flexible thin film is prepared from a two-component platinum contented liquid silicone. In the present invention, the storage box, formed by using the storage box lid with the flexible thin film, in combination with a matching box body, can significantly improve the capacity for storing food, so that it can effectively store food larger than the box body. Moreover, the storage box of the present invention does not significantly squeeze the stored food, and the effect is distinctive.
HEAT SEALABLE POLYESTER FILM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A heat sealable polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The heat sealable polyester film is made from a recycled polyester material. The heat sealable polyester film includes a base layer and a heat sealable layer formed on at least one surface of the base layer. The heat sealable layer is formed from a first polyester composition. A main component of the first polyester composition is regenerated polyethylene terephthalate and the first polyester composition further includes at least one of 1,4-butanediol, isophthalic acid, neopentyl glycol, and polybutylene terephthalate. A heat sealing temperature of the heat sealable polyester film ranges from 120° C. to 230° C.
INK CLEANING AGENT USED TO RECYCLE PLASTIC LAMINATES INTO RECYCLE MATERIAL, INK FILM DETACHING METHOD, AND METHOD FOR SEPARATING AND RECOVERING DETACHED INK FILMS
Provided is an ink film recovery method including detaching and removing, from a plastic substrate having an ink film, the ink film by using an ink cleaning agent containing water and at least one selected from an amphoteric surfactant and a cationic surfactant, and then recovering the detached ink film, an ink cleaning agent that can be applied to this ink film recovery method, and an ink film detaching method. Ink films printed on plastic substrates can be easily detached and the detached ink films can be easily recovered using an ink cleaning agent that contains water and at least one selected from an amphoteric surfactant and a cationic surfactant.
CAVITY-CONTAINING POLYESTER FILM
[Problem] To provide a cavity-containing polyester film which exhibits excellent concealability, degree of whiteness and printability, and which is still free from the occurrence of a wrinkle, distortion and the like in cases where, for example, the cavity-containing polyester film is used for a roll label, and a label is delivered therefrom or wound around a product.
[Solution] A cavity-containing polyester film which comprises a layer A that internally contains a cavity, and layers B that are arranged on both surfaces of the layer A, wherein: the layer A is formed of a composition A that contains a polyester resin A and a polypropylene resin; the layers B are formed of a composition B that contains inorganic particles and a polyester resin B; and the amount of self-weight deflection of the film is from 60 mm to 100 mm at least in one direction.
