Plastic tube screen fills and fabrication thereof
The present invention involves a fabrication of plastic-tube-screen-fill using plastic tubes. The plastic-tube-screen-fill consists of several plastic tubes suspended to between top and bottom ring-shaped hole perforated frames in the shape of a rectangular thin plate as a vertical string screen. The top and bottom ring-shaped hole perforated frames are in same configuration to be used in two ways and fabricated by assembling a cup-shaped hole perforated frame and tube-holder-frame. The tube-holder-frame is a male push-fit band connector with several short solid rods positioned and fixed on band for push-fitting into the cup-shaped holes on the cup-shaped hole perforated frame. The solid rod on tube-holder-frame has a male push-fit connector on its lower part to be push-fitted into one edge of tube. The tubes used in the present invention are spiral corrugated tubes. Fabrication and assembling method of perforated frames, tube-holder-frames, and spiral corrugated tubes are described in this invention.
Fastener element
A fastener element for transmitting a load to a machine part. One of the fastener's longitudinal extension axial ends is fixed with the machine part. The load acts onto the fastener at the other longitudinal extension axial end in a load area. The fastener comprises a plurality of longitudinally extending base parts, including the load area. The base parts are connected to each other by corrugations. To reduce shear in the fastener, a height of the corrugations is substantially constant along a first extension in a fastener longitudinal direction, extending from the machine part to a transition region. The load area is arranged along a second extension in the fastener longitudinal direction adjoining the first extension. Along the second extension, the corrugations height is reduced from the transition region, becoming zero at a final section of the fastener in the axial end region remote from the machine part.
Transmission belt manufacturing method and transmission belt
A method of manufacturing a power transmission belt includes: molding and vulcanizing an endless tension member layer in which a cord extending in a belt length direction is embedded; molding and vulcanizing a rubber member for a compressed rubber layer; and bonding together the tension member layer that has been vulcanized and the rubber member, that has been vulcanized, for the compressed rubber layer.
