Method and device for supplying spout attachment bags
A method and device for supplying spout attachment bags, in which one vertical plane is set as a reference plane N, and the center line (C) of a corner-spout attachment bag (2) positioned at the distal end of a conveyor magazine (7) is located in the reference plane N. A suction cup (28) picks up the bag and is rotated by a specific angle () centered on a vertical rotational axis (O) when being transferred. When the suction cup picks up the positioned bag, the rotational axis is set to a position where a corner opening vertical line (M) that passes through the center of a corner opening (3) of the bag intersects the reference plane N. The bag held by the suction cup is sent to a positioning conveyor and positioned by stoppers (52, 53) with the corner opening vertical line being in the reference plane.
Apparatus for Supplying Spout Attachment Bags
An apparatus for supplying spout attachment bags including a first transfer device for transferring a spout attachment bag in a horizontal orientation, a positioning device for receiving and horizontally positioning the spout attachment bag transferred from the first transfer device, a second transfer device for transferring upward the spout attachment bag positioned by the positioning device and changing the spout attachment bag from the horizontal orientation to a vertical orientation so that the spout attachment opening faces upward and is horizontal, and a detection device. The position of the spout attachment opening on the positioning device is detected by the detection device and is compared to a preset reference position, so that any amount of deviation between the two positions is corrected, thus keeping the height positions of the spout attachment openings of the spout attachment bags changed to a vertical orientation steady.
PACKAGING UNIT HAVING IMPROVED SEALING AND A METHOD OF FORMING A PACKAGING UNIT HAVING IMPROVED SEALING
A packaging unit for hygiene articles is formed from a sheet of material having an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface includes an edge zone including an inner edge portion and an outer edge portion. The sheet has at least one folding axis dividing the sheet into a first region and a second region. The inner edge portion and the outer edge portion of the edge zone of the first region is provided with adhesive, and the other of the inner edge portion and the outer edge portion of the edge zone of the first region is adhesive-free. Further, one of the inner edge portion and the outer edge portion of the edge zone of the second region is provided with adhesive, and the other is adhesive-free in a complementary manner to the edge zone of the first region.
ACCORDION-SIDES SQUARE-BOTTOM BAG AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
An accordion-sides square-bottom bag and manufacturing method thereof, comprising a paper tube (10) made by a sheet enclosing the sides; accordion sides are folded on two sides of the paper tube (10); the paper tube is provided with a first indentation line (21) and a second indentation line (22), the distance from the second indentation line (22) to the base being greater than the distance between the first indentation line and the second indentation line, but not exceeding twice the distance; two ends of the second indentation line (22) are symmetrically provided with a first crease line (31) and a second crease line (32), the distances between the respective ends of the first and second crease lines and the two edges of the paper tube (10) exceeding the folded depth of the accordion sides; and a first cutting line (41) and a second cutting line (42) are provided from the ends of the first and second crease lines to the base of the paper tube (10). The accordion-sides square-bottom bag enlarges the area of the glued surface of the bottom of the bag, such that the material on the bottom is uniformly distributed, and the bottom is adhered firmly, thus reducing the maximum thickness of the bottom, and reducing the footprint of packaged material during transportation.
METHOD FOR FOLDING BAGS TO PROVIDE GREATER EASE IN OPENING AND IMPROVED PACKAGING
A bag having a front side, a rear side, and left and right sides connecting the front and rear sides. When folded, the bag comprises a first simple gusset in at least one of the left and right sides and at least a second gusset in at least one of said left and right sides, wherein the second gusset is selected from the group consisting of a second simple gusset and a compound gusset formed from the first simple gusset. Preferably, the simple and compound gussets are formed in both left and right sides. The bag may comprise a plurality of simple gussets, compound gussets, and combinations thereof.
Cutting, crimping and stacking machine for conical cornet cone packages
A cutting, crimping and stacking machine that is capable of performing automatically cutting, crimping and stacking conical cornet cone packages by itself.
Device for applying adhesive to a material
An adhesive application device for applying, includes a nozzle unit having a number of nozzles for applying an adhesive to a material which is moved along a direction of transport, said nozzles being displaceable transversely to the direction of transport along a first guide spindle; and plural individual gluing heads, each being arranged separately from each other on respective second separate guide spindles, so as to be displaceable transversely to the direction of transport.
ZIPPER ASSEMBLY FOR RECLOSABLE ENCLOSURE
A zipper assembly for a reclosable enclosure includes a first profile having a first elongated supporting element and first protruding intermeshing elements. The zipper assembly also may include a second profile having a second elongated supporting element and one or more second intermeshing elements protruding from the second elongated supporting element. The one or more first intermeshing elements may releasably interlock with the one or more second intermeshing elements to close the enclosure. Each of the first elongated supporting element and the second elongated supporting element may include a thicker portion and a thinner portion. The thicker portions of the first elongated supporting element and the second elongated supporting element may be coupled with one or more panels of the enclosure. The thicker portions of the first elongated supporting element and the second elongated supporting element may be disposed on a consumer side of the enclosure.
METHOD OF MAKING AN INSULATED MAILER
A method and system for producing an insulated mailer having an insulative textile pad substructure with a density of greater than 10 pounds per cubic foot is provided. The insulative textile pad has entangled reinforcement fibers.
Device and a method for processing semifinished bag products, and gluing station for semifinished bag products
An apparatus and a method for the processing of semi-finished sacks and a gluing station for semi-finished sacks include a feed element and a guide element. Semi-finished sacks having more complicated shapes, such as tubular pieces having open bottom squares with valve patches inserted therein, tend to be subjected to a partial gluing process or even suffer damage during the process of glue application in the nozzle clearance. Therefore, at least one feed element is provided, which is disposed upstream of a glue-application gap in the transport direction of the semi-finished sacks, and which together with the guide element defines a feed region of the semi-finished sacks to the application head. Components of the semi-finished sacks are guided through the feed region, which tapers in the transport direction of the semi-finished sacks.
