BELT COMPRISING A FABRIC WITH BILATERAL SATIN WEAVE
A belt includes at least one fabric having a first face and a second face parallel to a longitudinal plane of the belt, wherein the fabric includes: H a first weft layer formed by a plurality of multifilament weft yarns essentially parallel to each other; a second weft layer formed by a plurality of monofilament weft yarns essentially parallel to each other, wherein the multifilament weft yarns of the first weft layer are overlapped with respective monofilament weft yarns of the second weft layer; and a plurality of multifilament warp yarns wherein the fabric has a weft dominance satin weave on both sides.
Non-PVC film and non-PVC film laminate
A non-PVC film and film laminate includes a first layer including a polyurethane, a polyurethane-acrylic copolymer, a polyurethane-acrylic blend, and a urethane-acrylic hybrid polymer; and a second layer including a non-polyvinylchloride (non-PVC) based polymer. The film and laminate may be suitable for use in marketing, advertising campaigns, particularly outdoor or other environment impacted promotions, and safety applications. The film and laminate may be transparent, translucent, clear or have other desirable optical properties.
OPTICALLY TRANSPARENT WET NONWOVEN CELLULOSE FIBER FABRIC
A nonwoven cellulose fiber fabric, in particular directly manufactured from lyocell spinning solution, wherein the fabric comprises a network of substantially endless fibers, wherein different ones of the fibers are located at least partially in different distinguishable interconnected layers, and wherein the fabric is optically transparent when wet.
LAMINATED PAPERMAKING BELT
Disclosed is a two layered belt useful in the manufacture of tissue products comprising a first woven layer and a second nonwoven layer joined together in a laminated arrangement. The woven layer typically forms the machine contacting layer of the belt and is woven from a highly abrasion resistant material, while the nonwoven layer contacts the nascent tissue web. The woven layer may be provided with valleys and ridges that the nascent web is molded into, while the nonwoven layer may be provided with elements that impart a visually aesthetic pattern to the web. In this manner the belt may be useful in the production of products having desirable physical properties resulting from molding into the woven fabric while also being visually pleasing to the user.
RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR CONVEYOR BELT AND CONVEYOR BELT
A rubber composition for a conveyor belt includes: a rubber component containing from 80 to 100% by mass of a natural rubber and from 0 to 20% by mass of a butadiene rubber; carbon black; sulfur; and a vulcanization accelerator, in which a content of the carbon black is from 45 to 100 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, a content of the sulfur is from 0.50 to 2.00 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, a content of the vulcanization accelerator is 1.50 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, and a mass ratio of the vulcanization accelerator to the sulfur is from 0.50 to 3.00. A conveyor belt includes an upper surface cover rubber layer formed of the rubber composition for a conveyor belt.
NONWOVEN CELLULOSE FIBER FABRIC WITH INCREASED WATER HOLDING CAPABILITY AND LOW BASIS WEIGHT
It is described a nonwoven cellulose fiber fabric directly manufactured from a lyocell spinning solution. The fabric comprises a network of substantially endless fibers. The fabric exhibits a water holding capability of at least 850 mass percent. Further, the fabric comprises a mass per unit area which is smaller than 25 gram per square meter. It is further described a method and a device for manufacturing such a fabric, a product or composite comprising such a fabric, and various use applications for such a fabric.
NONWOVEN CELLULOSE FIBER FABRIC WITH HOMOGENEOUSLY MERGED FIBERS
A nonwoven cellulose fiber fabric, in particular directly manufactured from lyocell spinning solution, wherein the fabric comprises a network of substantially endless fibers, and wherein the fibers are homogeneously merged substantially over the entire fabric.
Friction transmission belt
A pulley contacting portion of a friction transmission belt is made of a rubber composition containing an EPDM mixture as a rubber component. The EPDM mixture as the rubber component includes a first EPDM with an ethylene content of 67% by mass or more and a second EPDM with an ethylene content of 57% by mass or less. A content of the second EPDM in the EPDM mixture is larger than a content of the first EPDM in the EPDM mixture. An average ethylene content of the EPDM mixture is 54% by mass or more and 59% by mass or less.
LAMINATE
A laminate of different kinds of halogen-containing rubbers (polymers) excellent in bonding strength. The laminate including the following layers (1) and (2) directly bonded to each other: layer (1): a layer of a composition including 100 parts by mass of a halogen-based rubber (A) (excluding a fluorine-based rubber), and 1 to 30 parts by mass of an inorganic compound (B) containing at least one element selected from Group 2 elements and Group 13 elements, and an oxygen atom; and layer (2): a layer of a halogen-containing polymer (C) (excluding the halogen-based rubber of the layer (1)).
