FIXING ROTATING MEMBER, FIXING APPARATUS AND ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FIXING ROTATING MEMBER
Provided is a fixing rotating member capable of maintaining high toner releasability over longer periods of time than in conventional instances and that is capable of maintaining abrasion resistance against paper; the fixing rotating member comprises a base layer, an elastic layer, and a surface layer, in this order; the surface layer containing a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer and a perfluoropolyether; the tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer having pores formed therein; the surface layer has pores with openings at a first surface thereof, and constituting an outer surface of the fixing rotating member; at least part of the pores containing the perfluoropolyether; a content of the perfluoropolyether in the surface layer is 20 mass % to 60 mass %; and a degree of orientation A of molecules of the tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether in a direction perpendicular to a circumferential direction of the surface layer is 35 to 75%.
TRANSFER DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND ENDLESS BELT
An endless belt contains: a resin; electrically conductive carbon particles; and a surfactant. When polyester resin particles having a volume average particle diameter of 4.7 μm are caused to adhere to an outer circumferential surface of the endless belt and then air is blown onto the outer circumferential surface from an upper side of the outer circumferential surface while the blowing pressure of the air is increased, all the polyester resin particles adhering to the outer circumferential surface are separated from the outer circumferential surface before or when the blowing pressure reaches 6 kPa.
CONVEYOR BELT CARCASS CONTAINING ONE OR MORE IMPREGNATED NON-WOVEN FABRIC LAYERS
A belt carcass (1) comprising one, two, or more than two impregnated layers (21,22,23,24,25); characterised in that i) each impregnated layer (21,22,23,24,25) comprises, or consists essentially of, a non-wovenfabric (3,301,302,303,304,305,306,307,308) and an impregnation material (4,401,402,403,404,405,406,407,408) comprising, or consisting essentially of, a first thermoplastic, first thermoplastic elastomer, first elastomer or first thermoset and optional additives; whereby, if there are two or more such impregnated layers (21,22,23,24,25), they are adjacent to each other, ii) if the belt carcass (1) comprises one or more such impregnated layers (21,22,23,24,25), then reinforcing filaments extending at least in part in one given direction and being in the form of one filament layer (51) are embedded in the non-woven fabric (3) of exactly one of said impregnated layers (21); or if the belt carcass (1) comprises two or more such impregnated layers (21,22,23,24,25), then reinforcing filaments extending at least in part in one given direction and being in the form of one filament layer (52,53) are sandwiched between two adjacent such impregnated layers (21/22, 24/25), and iii) the belt carcass is devoid of woven fabrics. This belt carcass can be cut into longitudinal belts or into circular disks or corner belts.
Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire according to the present technology is a pneumatic tire provided with a tread section, sidewall sections, and bead sections, a belt-shaped sound-absorbing member being bonded via an adhesive layer to an inner surface of the tire in a region corresponding to the tread section along the circumferential direction of the tire, wherein a bonding surface of the sound-absorbing member is provided with a bonded region that is bonded to the inner surface of the tire and an unbonded region that is not bonded to the inner surface of the tire, and the bonded region is divided by the unbonded region into a plurality of divisions along the circumferential direction of the tire.
