Treatment Method
A treatment method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a first treatment agent adhesion step of ejecting a first treatment agent which contains a pigment, first resin particles, water, and a first water-soluble organic solvent from an ink jet head so as to be adhered to a cloth; and a second treatment agent adhesion step of spraying a second treatment agent which contains second resin particles, water, and a second water-soluble organic solvent from a nozzle front hole together with a heated gas to the cloth to which the first treatment agent is adhered so as to be adhered thereto, and the nozzle front hole has a temperature higher than a standard boiling point of the second water-soluble organic solvent by 50° C. or more.
Printing formulations and methods
Provided are pre-coat formulations, ink formulations, ink systems and printing methods for patterning a surface with a desired pattern.
Method and composition for ink jet printing on a nonabsorbent substrate
Ink jet printing on a non-absorbent substrate involves a wet primer having a primer viscosity. The wet primer is applied on the non-absorbent substrate. An ink jet ink having an ink jet viscosity lower than the primer viscosity is jetted over the wet primer while the primer is still wet. The wet primer and ink are simultaneously cured on the substrate.
WINDSHIELD FOR VEHICLE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A windshield for a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the windshield are provided in the disclosure. The windshield includes an outer glass panel, an inner glass panel, and an intermediate adhesive layer. An opaque masking layer is disposed on at least one surface of the windshield. The opaque masking layer includes a dark ceramic-ink layer and an ultraviolet-drying ink layer. The dark ceramic-ink layer has a first no-ink region, the ultraviolet-drying ink layer is located in the first no-ink region, the ultraviolet-drying ink layer has a light transmitting region. According to the disclosure, an optical quality of the light transmitting region can be ensured, a diopter of the light transmitting region is less than or equal to 200 mdpt.
INK-JET TREATMENT LIQUID, INK-JET TEXTILE PRINTING APPARATUS, AND INK-JET TEXTILE PRINTING METHOD
A printed textile includes a base textile and a layer. The base textile includes first and second surfaces. The first surface includes a first area and a second area. The layer is located on the first surface, and contains pigment particles. A first loop height is defined as a largest height of the printed textile when the printed textile is folded with a crease at the first area. A second loop height is defined as a largest height of the printed textile when the printed textile is folded with a crease at the second area. The second loop height is no more than 1.3 times as large as the first loop height.
