The present disclosure relates to a sprout inhibitor composition containing dihydrocarvyl acetate and use thereof. The sprout inhibitor composition contains the active ingredient dihydrocarvyl acetate or isomers thereof. In sprout inhibition tests for the sprout inhibitor in tobacco and potato, when the dosage of the active ingredient is equivalent to carvone, the sprout inhibitor exhibits a significantly better sprout inhibition effect than that of carvone. The sprout inhibitor provided by the present disclosure is effective on tobacco and potato plants in low dosage with long effective duration. Moreover, no phytotoxicity of the sprout inhibitor on the tobacco or the potato is found within the application range.

The invention relates to a water based spraying liquid suitable for spraying plants, wherein the liquid comprises water and a suitable amount of the plant growth regulator prohexadione optionally in combination with trinexapac-ethyl, and a fungicide chosen from the group of prothioconazole, metconazole, difenoconazole, paclobutrazole, triticonazole, tebuconazole, azoxystrobin, picoxystrobin, boscalid and penthiopyrad, wherein the amount of growth regulator is between 20 and 400 g per hectare and wherein the amount of fungicide is between 20 and 500 g/ha. Preferably, the growth regulator is prohexadione-calcium, and the fungicide is prothioconazole.

The bacterial inoculating formulation based on a microorganism consortium of genus Calothrix sp., to increase yield and quality of vegetable crops comprises: a) a microorganism consortium of genus Calothrix sp., at a concentration ranging from 0.05% to 10% by weight; b) a substrate or immobilizing vehicle in order to immobilize the microorganisms at a concentration ranging from 2% to 80% by weight; c) a soil pH buffer at a concentration ranging from 0% to 3% by weight, and d) moisture at a concentration ranging from 7% to 97.95% by weight.
