Sticker, and an Insert for a Book
The invention relates to a sticker, and/or to an insert for a book.
The sticker of the present invention is suitable for inserting into a loop-bound book, and comprises:
(i) a detachable coupling means (preferably elongate such as a finger portion), which can be (i.e. which is capable of being) detachably coupled to the binding of a loop-bound book; and
(ii) a sticky body for attachment to a material, in particular for attachment to a sheet material and/or to a generally planar material, such as a piece (e.g. sheet) of paper or a plastic sheet;
and wherein the sticker is capable of functioning as an attachment for attaching the material to the loop binding of the book.
Method for creating a customizable journal
A method to customize a journal or planner uses an ink transfer sheet having a desired image thereon such that the ink transfer sheet is positioned on one of the pages of the journal and the image on the ink transfer sheet is transferred to the journal's page in the appropriate manner for the particular type of ink transfer sheet used. Multiple sheets are used to customize the various pages of the journal. The ink transfer sheet can be any appropriate ink transfer sheet such as a decal sheet bound to an adhesive sheet or a silk screened transfer film bound to a backing paper with a non-slip layer therebetween.

Security document having enhanced foil durability
A security document, along with its methods of formation, is provided. The security document may include a base sheet, a colored coating on the base sheet, a foil laminate on at least a portion of the colored coating, and an outer lacquer coating over the colored coating such that the foil laminate is embedded between the colored coating and the outer lacquer coating. The outer lacquer coating may include a polymeric resin, and may also include a crosslinking agent and a wetting agent.

SECURITY FEATURE
A security document with unidirectional visual illumination is disclosed. A security feature is positioned within the document and not visible in normal ambient lighting conditions but becomes visible under specialized lighting conditions, for example in the presence of ultraviolet light. The security feature is constructible such that it is visible only from a single side of the security document, with the side being predeterminable regardless of the orientation of the specialized light.
