A manual device including a first portion and a second portion. The second portion being at least partially fitted into the first portion and being moveable in translation relative to the first portion. The first portion having a first distal end while the second portion has a second distal end opposite the first distal end. The second portion also includes a locking device designed to prevent the first portion from moving in translation relative to the second portion only when, considered in the direction of gravity. The first distal end is arranged above the second distal end, and the locking device includes a chamber and a ball or equivalent accommodated in the chamber. The chamber is provided only in the second portion.

An application container includes a main body cylinder, an application tool, and an engagement portion. The main body cylinder has a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The application tool is insertable into the main body cylinder through the first end of the main body cylinder. A second writing member having a second writing tip is included. The second writing member comprises ink and an ink pen system being provided in a second portion of the hollow body. The first portion of the hollow body is at an opposite end of the second portion of the hollow body. The second writing tip is axial with respect to the hollow body.

A beat recording pen for the recording and editing music and while serving as writing instrument. The device includes a retractable writing instrument disposed in an elongated shaft designed to house a power supply designed to provide electrical power to a transceiver that can transmit and receive digital signals to and from a connected mobile device or computer. The beat recording pen further includes an impact sensor that can detect an audio input signal of an impact event and convert the audio input signal into a digital signal. A micro-controller is disposed within the pen and can record the converted audio input signals detected by the impact sensor and interface with a software application installed on a connected mobile device or computer.

An adaptor allows a user to turn any pencil or pen into a capacitive stylus while still allowing it to write on paper. When attached to a pencil, pen or similarly shaped and purposed tool, it gives the tool the added capability of operating electronic devices having a capacitive touch screen. A pen structure with a glass smasher has the glass smasher mounted at the front end of a pen. When a user holds the pen and presses the front end (i.e., the smashing cone) of the smashing rod of the glass smasher forcibly against a glass obstacle, an impact block will strike the rear section of the smashing rod vigorously such that the smashing cone is instantly driven to smash the glass obstacle. A ballpoint/rollerball refill is detachably provided in the pen and is at least 6 cm long in order to contain enough ink. The battery cell includes a first current collector and an active cell core. The first current collector is the electrically conductive material of the outer housing of the electronic device and connects to the at least one electrical component. The active cell core includes a first active material in adjacent facing relation to and electrically coupled to the first current collector, a second active material; a separator positioned between the first active material and the second active material; and a second current collector electrically coupled with the second active material, wherein the second current collector connects to the at least one electrical component.
