Automated Mechanism for Producing a Baked or Fried Product, Including Methods of Production
Mechanisms and methods for producing a baked or fried cake product are disclosed herein that include: a mold, wherein the mold comprises a top half, a bottom half and an end opening and wherein the mold is designed to hold a raw dough or batter product, a product handle insertion mechanism, wherein a handle is inserted into the raw dough or batter product, a heating element, wherein the heating element is designed to bake the raw dough or batter product or heat oil to fry the raw dough or batter product to form a baked or fried cake product, a dipping tray, wherein the dipping tray is designed to hold a plurality of the baked or fried cake product, a robotic tool, wherein the tool is designed to grab the handle in the baked or fried cake product and move the baked or fried cake product to the dipping tray, an open container of a liquid coating material, a robotic dipping tool, wherein the dipping tool is designed to place the full dipping tray into the container of the liquid coating material and then remove the full dipping tray from the container after the baked or fried cake product is coated, and a drying station, wherein the drying station is designed to secure the full dipping tray until the coated baked or fried cake product is dried.
Method of making flat edible using a compact apparatus
A method of using compact apparatus for automatically making a plurality of flat edibles includes a storage and dispensing limit that makes it unnecessary for a user to pre-measure ingredients. The apparatus also includes a mixing and kneading unit for making dough of optimal consistency. The dough prepared may be transferred onto a lower platen from a transfer base by a transfer sweeper. The dough may be flattened in a platen unit. An upper platen and the lower platen of the platen unit may be heated to a pre-programmed temperature for cooking the flat edible. The temperature may also be manually set by the user based on user's preference. The flat may be cooked by the platen unit. This method has very little human intervention. One has to load the flour and water in their respective containers and every other step is automated.

A food press is described. The food press includes a first unit, a moveable drawer, a pressing mechanism, and a base unit. The moveable drawer is lifted by the pressing mechanism away from the base unit and towards the first unit.
TRANSFER MECHANISM AND TRANSFER SYSTEM
Disclosed is a transfer system. The transfer system comprises a transfer mechanism that itself comprises a first portion and second portion that together define a recess for receiving a dough ball. The transfer system also includes a drive system. The drive system drives the transfer mechanism to position the dough ball on a cooking surface, to make a flat edible, moves at least one of the first portion and second portion to open the recess to release the dough ball, and also drives the transfer mechanism to push the flat edible off the cooking surface.
Perfect cooker for hydrated milled vegetables
A method and apparatus for cooking food products collectively called Codou (cooked dough) from hydrated milled vegetables, water, optional salt; and wrapping material (for enhanced taste, and containment). The process undergoes three stages: (a) pre-cooking in the Cooking Mixture; (b) shaping and wrapping from the Sliding Tray using the Shaper/Wrapper unit; and (c) boiling in water in the Boiler unit. This apparatus being microprocessor-controlled allows for various types of the Codou to be cooked at the touch of a button. The process ensures that each type of Codou is cooked to a consistent texture, taste, look, and feel.
Apparatus for manufacturing scorched rice
An apparatus for manufacturing scorched rice, the apparatus includes an ingredient supply unit for supplying a scorched rice ingredient; a rotatable scorched rice formation unit which forms scorched rice and to which the scorched rice ingredient supplied from the ingredient supply unit is adhered; a heat supply unit for supplying heat to the scorched rice formation unit so that the scorched rice is formed; and a scorched rice separation unit for separating the scorched rice formed by the scorched rice formation unit.
DUMPLING MAKER AND METHOD OF USE
A wonton maker has a fill chamber, a fill injector unit having a valve for controlling the flow of the fill and a fill injector nozzle in communication with the valve for injecting fill within a wonton wrapper, and a wonton folder unit having a loading plate for loading wonton wrappers, a split plate each side of which forming a clamp with a wing clamp mounted above it, and a moistener for moistening the folded edge of the wonton wrapper, wherein the fill injector unit receives fill from the fill chamber, the nozzle pushes the wonton wrapper through the loading plate to fold the wrapper over the nozzle, the nozzle injects fill into the wonton wrapper, and wherein the wonton wrapper is folded by the two clamped sides of the wonton moving together once the folded edge of the wonton wrapper is moistened.
MIXING SYSTEM
Disclosed is a mixing system for making a dough ball. The mixing system comprises a cup for receiving a plurality of ingredients to be mixed, the cup comprising a base and side wall. The mixing system also comprises a blade for mixing the ingredients in the cup to develop the dough ball, the blade and cup together defining a mixing volume, and a drive system for moving at least one of the blade and the cup to change a size of the mixing volume.
AUTOMATED PIZZA-MAKING SYSTEM
A vehicle-based, automated pizza-making system including a two-piece pizza pan conveyed between pizza-making components on a series of pan drive rails. The two-piece pizza pan can include a base and a removable ring for containing the unfinished pizza and toppings. The rails can include timing belts for conveying the two-piece pizza pan through the system with improved positional control and accuracy.
