DAMPER WITH INTEGRATED ELECTRONICS
A bumper cap assembly for an electrically adjustable hydraulic shock absorber. The bumper cap assembly includes a printed circuit board assembly and a bumper cap. The printed circuit board assembly includes power drive electronics and is electrically coupled to the shock absorber. The bumper cap defined a gap, wherein the printed circuit board assembly is housed within the gap.
Lubrication Structure for a Shock Absorber of Vehicle
A lubrication structure for a shock absorber of vehicle has a protecting pipe and a self-lubricating layer. The protecting pipe is a non-circular metal tube and has an elongated slit. The self-lubricating layer is an engineering plastic layer, is deposited in the protecting pipe and has a shaft hole. When the lubrication structure is deposited between an outer tube and an inner tube of a shock absorber of vehicle, the protecting pipe engages in the outer tube to prevent the self-lubricating layer from contacting the outer tube directly. The self-lubricating layer with small friction coefficient is mounted around the inner shaft to enable the inner shaft to move smoothly relative to the outer tube. The lubrication structure has characteristics of low cost, small volume, and small tolerance, and the life and the practicality of the lubrication structure can be improved.
VEHICLE
A utility vehicle with ergonomic, safety, and maintenance features is disclosed. A vehicle is also disclosed with improved cooling, suspension and drive systems. These features enhance the utility of the vehicle.
BLOCKING DEVICE FOR A SHOCK ABSORBER OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A blocking device for a shock absorber of a motor vehicle includes a first blocking member which has an insertion opening that is open-ended in a radial direction, for attachment of a piston rod of the shock absorber, and which has a receptacle. A second blocking member can be placed in a formfitting manner in the receptacle of the first blocking member in axial and radial directions to thereby close the insertion opening in the radial direction, while being held in the first blocking member.

FOUR WHEEL VEHICLE
The four wheel vehicle uses an electric motor (142) for driving the vehicle and a battery unit (160) for supplying electric power to the electric motor. The lower chassis (5) of the vehicle includes a pair of front side frames (10) extending linearly in a fore and aft direction with an upward slant and a progressively increasing lateral mutual spacing from a front part thereof to a rear part thereof and a plurality of cross members (14, 16, 18) connecting the front side frames to each other. The battery unit is positioned between the two front side frames such that the battery unit overlaps with the front side frames in side view. Thereby, the battery unit can be effectively protected from side impacts.

OFF-HIGHWAY RECREATIONAL VEHICLE
A recreational off-highway vehicle includes side-by-side passenger and driver seats held within a chassis that is approximately 50 inches wide. The seats sit low in the chassis and are covered by a roll cage. Grab handles are positioned on the sides of the passenger seat. Select large round tubing protects the vehicle, while rectangular tubing frames the portions of the vehicle beneath body panels. The vehicle is powered by an engine rearward of the seats that is connected to a transaxle. The engine and transaxle are isolation mounted together with a portion of the air intake assembly. The vehicle is suited for rough terrain travel.

Damper with control valves
A damper includes an inner tube. The damper includes a piston slidably disposed within the inner tube. The piston defines a first working chamber and a second working chamber within the inner tube. The damper also includes an outer tube disposed around the inner tube. The outer tube defines an outer chamber between the inner tube and the outer tube. The damper further includes a cover member mounted on an outer surface of the outer tube. The cover member defines a collector chamber between the outer tube and the cover member. The damper includes a first control valve mounted on the cover member. The damper also includes a second control valve mounted on the cover member and spaced apart from the first control valve.
