Vehicle
A recreational off-highway vehicle ROV includes a first connection subframe connected to a first rear subframe and a main frame, and an arm connector disposed rightward of a left upper arm and leftward of a right upper arm and supporting the right and left upper arms. A distance between first and second upper connections connecting the first rear subframe and the first connection subframe is longer than a distance between first and second lower connections connecting the main frame and the first connection subframe. A first upper end portion of a left shock absorber and a second upper end portion of a right shock absorber are disposed between the first and second upper connections in a rear view of the vehicle.
Arrangement for a vibration damper of a vehicle
A vibration damper for a vehicle is provided. The vibration damper includes at least one damping cylinder made from a fiber composite material; a guiding element for guiding a piston rod of a piston movably arranged in the damping cylinder. The guiding element is located in a guiding end region at one end of the damping cylinder. A fastening element for use in attaching the at least one damping cylinder to a vehicle is located at a fastening end of the cylinder. At least one of the two end regions of the damping cylinder is conical or wedge-shaped and its element has a corresponding external form that is conical or wedge-shaped. A conical or wedge-shaped clamping sleeve located around the conical or wedge-shaped end regions of the damping cylinder.
Axle for Wheels of a Double-Tracked Motor Vehicle, and Double-Tracked Motor Vehicle Having an Axle of This Type
The invention provides an axle for wheels of a two-track motor vehicle. The axle has, on each vehicle side, a wheel carrier, a damper strut, a transverse link and a transverse leaf spring which controls the wheel at least partially laterally and/or in the vehicle longitudinal direction. The damper strut has a damper tube and a damper piston which can be moved in the damper tube along a damper longitudinal axis. The damper strut is attached by the damper tube to the wheel carrier. The transverse link is attached by a wheel-carrier-side end region to the wheel carrier. The transverse leaf spring extends substantially in the vehicle transverse direction and has at least one wheel-carrier-side end region. The transverse leaf spring is attached by the wheel-carrier-side end region thereof to the damper strut and is supported on the damper strut.
SHOCK ABSORBER AND AUTOMOBILE
Disclosed are a shock absorber and an automobile. The shock absorber includes a shock absorber cylinder and an air spring arranged around the shock absorber cylinder. The air spring includes a damping spring and a piston. A free end of the damping spring is supported at a free end of the piston. A support is disposed between the piston and the shock absorber cylinder. The free end of the piston is supported on the shock absorber cylinder by the support. In the shock absorber according to the invention, the piston and the shock absorber cylinder can be connected in a simple way.
LOSSLESS CONTINUOUSLY ADJUSTABLE DEVICES
Embodiments of this disclosure are directed to devices that allow for adjusting of device parameters in a manner that does not involve power dissipation in an essential way. Thus, power demands when such devices are used in applications can be insignificant. This applies to both springs and inerters, which constitute basic lossless building blocks of mechanical device systems, and are analogues of inductors and capacitors in electrical circuits. Embodiments of this disclosure are also directed to a lossless adjustable 2-port transformer, and realization of mechanical translational and rotary transformers are set forth in the following. Embodiments of this disclosure allow for reduction of power demands in adjusting device parameters.
Vehicle suspension system and vehicle
A vehicle suspension system includes a frame, a damper and a rocker arm. The frame is connected with the rocker arm through the damper, the swing part of swing arm limits the swing arm's rotation angle by matching the limit structure on the frame; the bottom of damper is provided with the universal structure, the damper is connected with the rocker arm through the universal structure, and the universal structure controls the damper in free deflection. A deviation motion of vehicle wheels on both ends by coordinating the swing arm, vibration damper, etc. to avoid the slipping and rollover due to great sides way upon vehicle steering and the lateral wheels disengagement from ground and to enhance the safety of cornering driving of vehicles.
Upper arm structure of suspension device
A suspension device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure which is equipped with an upper arm which is supported by a knuckle of the vehicle wheel so as to be capable of oscillation, and also supported by a side member which extends in the vehicle front-rear direction so as to be capable of oscillation, wherein: the upper arm has a tip end section positioned at the outside end in the vehicle widthwise direction, and also has arm sections which fork from the tip end section toward the inside in the vehicle widthwise direction; and the upper arm is formed in a manner such that the cross-sectional area of one arm section is greater than the cross-sectional area of the other arm section.
