A vehicle includes a vehicle body, a tailgate, a ladder and a counterweight. The tailgate is movably attached to the vehicle body. The ladder is attached to the tailgate at a first lateral side of the tailgate. The counterweight provided to the tailgate at a second lateral side of the tailgate. The second lateral side is opposite of the first lateral side to provide a counterbalance to a weight of the ladder.

A side rail kit for a golf cart includes a frame bracket mountable to a frame of the golf cart. A pair of step brackets are mountable to the frame bracket. The step brackets extend from the frame member when the step brackets are mounted to the frame bracket. A convertible roof rack is provided that is generally comprised of a light bar and a roof rack that is spaced from the roof of a vehicle. The roof rack is also rotatably interconnected to a support structure associated with the rear of the vehicle such that it is capable of moving from a first position of use adjacent to the roof to a second position of use away from the roof where the light bar remains interconnected to the vehicle adjacent to the windshield. The attachable step includes a top surface having a front edge, a rear edge, a left-side edge and a right-side edge, a set of side members coupled to the front side edge, the left-side edge, and the right-side edge, the set of side members oriented perpendicular and downward from the top surface, and an attachment tab coupled to the rear edge and extending downward. Systems and methods are provided for a running board. In particular, a motorized running board system that improves accessibility for vehicle occupants entering or exiting a vehicle. Certain embodiments of the motorized running board system may include a running board connected via at least one motor to a vehicle and an electronic control unit that detects a contextual environment, determines a preferred running board position from the contextual environment, and adjusts the running board to reach the preferred running board position.

A pivoting staircase includes a pair of stringers and a tread extending between the stringers. A cleaning opening is defined at least partially by a lateral edge of the tread and a surface portion of an adjacent one of the pair of stringers. The cleaning opening is disposed between a pair of adjacent connection points of the tread and the adjacent one of the pair of stringers to provide a pathway for debris to fall laterally off of the tread.
