Car wash dollie assembly
A dollie assembly for a vehicle wash includes a center link configured for attachment to a drive mechanism of the vehicle wash and having a throughhole with a first bushing extending therethrough along an axis between opposite ends with cylindrical bearing surfaces on opposite sides of the center link. A tire pushing roller is disposed on each of the bearing surfaces for rotation about the axis. A pair of track rollers are supported for rotation about the axis. The track rollers are disposed on an opposite side of the pair of tire pushing rollers from one another such that the pair of tire pushing rollers are between the pair of track rollers. The pair of track rollers are rotatable about the axis independently from pair of tire pushing rollers.
DRYING SYSTEM FOR CAR WASH FACILITY
The present invention is a drying system for a car wash facility. In various aspects, the drying apparatus according to the system may include a plurality of nozzles, with each nozzle emanating a jet of air that impacts an upper surface of a vehicle with the jets arranged to successively force water on the upper surface laterally with respect to a vehicle centerline toward sides of the vehicle. In various aspects, the methods of use of the drying apparatus may include the step of receiving a vehicle in the drying apparatus, and the step of successively forcing water on the upper surface of the vehicle laterally with respect to the vehicle centerline toward sides of the vehicle by impacting the upper surface of the vehicle with a plurality of jets of air emanating from a corresponding plurality of nozzles.
Conveyor system assembly
In an aspect, a wear plate for use with a conveyor system is provided. The wear plate has a plate mount, having a fastener retainer having a retention hole extending through the wear plate, and a retainer support being defined by at least one cut in the wear plate adjacent to and at least partially defining the fastener retainer, the retainer support connecting the fastener retainer to a main portion of the wear plate and enabling the fastener support to be depressed relative to a top surface of the wear plate.
Vehicle Drying Assembly
A vehicle drying assembly for hands free dying of a vehicle includes a pair of sidewalls and a roof that define a bay, which is open ended. Each of a set of blowers that is coupled to a respective sidewall is positioned so that the set of blowers is configured to blow air to dry a vehicle that passes through the bay.
METHOD FOR DIRECTING, SCHEDULING, AND FACILITATING MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE
The present invention is directed to a system and method for scheduling service for autonomous vehicles based on criticality of the service request. The system is configured for receiving a plurality of service requests from a plurality of autonomous vehicles, wherein each of the plurality of service requests include diagnostic codes and current location. The system can analyze the diagnostic codes of each of the plurality of service requests to identify at least one service for each of the plurality of the autonomous vehicles, wherein criticality for each of the plurality of service requests based on the at least one service. The criticality for each of the plurality service requests can then be accessed on a predetermined scale. Thereafter, the plurality of service requests are ordered in an order ranging from lowest criticality to highest criticality on the predetermined scale. Also the system can determine distances between current location of each of the plurality of the autonomous vehicle from locations of a plurality of maintenance facility and a plurality of parking lots, the plurality of maintenance facility are identified based on the at least one service. The system can receive a work schedule of the plurality of maintenance facility and instruct each of the plurality of the autonomous vehicles to move to a maintenance facility or a parking lot based on the order of the service requests and work schedule.
CAR DRYING LEAF BLOWER TUBE
An attachment assembly to convert an existing leaf blower into a device for drying vehicles. The attachment assembly includes several interchangeable modular sections, including an adapter section configured to attach to the air outlet of an existing commercial leaf blower. Other sections include air outlet nozzle sections, an extender section, and a weighted section. The inlet side of the nozzle sections, extender section, and weighted section as well as the outlet sides of the adapter section, extender section, and weighted section are uniform so that any of the outlets may be mated with any of the inlets. This allows any configuration of sections desired to be achieved. The adapter section may have a filter placed in the air stream to prevent debris from being blown into the vehicle and damaging the exterior of the vehicle.
SUCTION CLEANING ATTACHMENT
The invention relates to a suction cleaning attachment (1) of a cleaning device (2) for use for the interior cleaning of motor vehicles by means of a suction air flow and provided for insertion and for holding in a quiver (3) when not in use, with a housing (5) having an internal suction channel (4) for guiding the suction air flow and a grip region (6) provided on the outside of the housing (5), wherein the suction channel (4) leads into a suction opening (8) at its outer end (7). According to the invention it is proposed that on the outside of the housing (5) between the suction opening (8) and the grip region (6), a stop (9) constructed as a step or a stop (9) projecting beyond the grip region (6) is provided for interaction with the outer edge (10) of the quiver (3).
HIGH FLOW DIFFERENTIAL CLEANING SYSTEM
A high flow differential cleaning system uses a source of pressurized compressed dry gas to pressurize a holding tank. A component to be cleaned is securely loaded and oriented against a blast plate designed specifically for the desired pressure, flow, and volume. A fast-actuated valve system opens to direct high volumes of pressurized gas from a holding tank through and around the component(s) held within the cleaning chamber for the removal of remnant powder and foreign particles from interior cavities as well as exterior component surfaces.
