Mobile vehicle charging station with integrated entertainment
An enclosure for charging an electric vehicle (EV) including an automatic vehicle moving system, which gradually moves the EV from one end of the enclosure to an opposite end of the enclosure. A charging chassis, including an EV charge connector, moves alongside the EV, charging it as the automatic vehicle moving system moves it along. The enclosure is also able to include an entertainment display in order to allow a driver to view media content while the vehicle is charging.
Onboard wash system
An onboard washing system provides the ability to wash specific areas at the rear of a concrete truck, without requiring an operator to climb a ladder or climb on the truck. Certain specified areas which are traditionally difficult to wash, including the inside of the charge hopper, the interior portions of the discharge chute, and rear portions of the mixing drum structure, can now be washed in an automated and efficient manner. The truck-mounted washing system has components which are specifically positioned to cause washing fluid (water) to be sprayed or directed toward predetermined areas in an efficient and effective manner. The system also includes hand-held washing wands or washing mechanisms, which allow an operator to easily reach additional zones or additional areas at the rear of the truck, which are lower. Most significantly, the truck-mounted wash systems and the hand-held nozzle systems (wand) are all operable while an operator remains on the ground.
Vehicle washing system
A vehicle washing system for cleaning a vehicle located in a washing zone of the vehicle washing system includes a device for creating a foam curtain extending substantially transversely to a longitudinal direction of the vehicle washing system. The device is arranged on the vehicle washing system in such a way as to be vertically adjustable.
IMPROVED CHAMOIS DRYING DEVICE
An improved chamois drying device includes a malleable chamois body having a pocket that is interposed between a front surface, a rear surface, a pair of opposing side edges, a bottom edge and a top edge. An absorbent sponge is positioned within the pocket of the chamois body and functions to remove water accumulated by the chamois body. The chamois body is constructed from one or more pieces of water repellant chamois and includes an opening that is in communication with the pocket for receiving and positioning the absorbent sponge. One or more connectors are positioned along either side of the opening to secure the opening into an open or a closed position.
Locking mechanism for in-vehicle vacuum assembly
A vacuum cleaner configured to be mounted in a vehicle. The vacuum cleaner includes a vacuum module configured to draw a vacuum, and a collector module configured to collect debris, the collector module having an accessible portion and a liner. A duct operatively couples the vacuum module to the collector module. In addition, a release member is disposed on the top portion of the collector module and is moveable between a resting position and a release position. A locking bar is in contact with the release member and has a portion adapted to engage the liner of the collector module when the release member is in a resting position. Upon actuating the release member towards the release position, the release member moves the portion of the locking bar out of engagement with the liner and the collector module is disengaged from the vacuum module.
CAR WASH JUDGMENT SYSTEM AND CAR WASH JUDGMENT METHOD
In a car wash judgment system, an acquirer acquires a captured image of a vehicle. An image analyzer analyzes the degree of dirt on a vehicle based on a vehicle image included in a captured image. A judgment unit judges whether or not the vehicle needs to be washed based on an analysis result from the image analyzer. The acquirer acquires a first captured image captured by a vehicle-mounted camera, and a second captured image captured by a mounted camera mounted on an object other than a vehicle. The image analyzer analyzes the degree of dirt on a vehicle based on a vehicle image included in the first captured image and the second captured image.
METHOD FOR OPERATING A VEHICLE WASHING SYSTEM
A method of operating a vehicle washing facility includes optically scanning a code including washing detergent data on a transport container of a washing detergent with a portable device, converting the washing detergent data into control data for the vehicle washer; and controlling the vehicle washer based on the control data.
VEHICLE CLEANING SYSTEM
A vehicle cleaning system for cleaning a vehicle including a processor and a memory including computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations. The operations include determining that a passenger compartment of the vehicle requires cleaning and identifying a type of cleaning required. The operations also include that at least one of a fragrance system, a dry particulate removal system, and a wet particulate removal system is activated in response to the type of cleaning required.
Vehicle rinsing assembly for emitting air and water
A vehicle rinsing assembly includes at least one blower unit having a housing with an air inlet and an air outlet. The air inlet is in communication with a motor unit to draw air into the housing. The rinsing assembly also includes a fluid nozzle disposed on the blower unit and in communication with a fluid source to direct fluid onto the vehicle exterior. The rinsing assembly includes an actuator in communication with the at least one blower unit to direct air emitted from the air outlet in different preselected directions with respect to the vehicle exterior. The rinsing assembly is in communication with a controller such that air from the air outlet and fluid from the fluid nozzle are emitted simultaneously onto the vehicle exterior surface to remove excess water therefrom. The controller is also in communication with the actuator to vary the direction of air flow in response to a location of the vehicle with respect to the at least one blower unit.
Water provision apparatuses and related methods
Apparatuses and methods of treating, storing, and delivering water such that the water may be suitable for washing, rinsing, etc., without forming water spots on a surface or finish. The disclosed systems and methods may treat and store water by a combination of filtration, reverse osmosis, and/or ion exchange.
