Intelligent methods and devices for cutting squid white slices

The present disclosure involves an intelligent method and device for cutting squid white slices, the intelligent method being implemented on the intelligent device for cutting squid white slices. The method may be implemented on a calculating device, the calculating device may have at least one processor and at least one storage medium including an instruction set used for cutting the squid white slices, the method including: reading a laser point cloud data of a three-dimensional (3D) topography of the squid white slices; optimizing the laser point cloud data; extracting an effective area of the squid white slices; determining a cutting zero point; determining a cutting process area; and determining optimization of a cutting point position and a cutting angle. The one or more embodiments provided by the present disclosure may satisfy the needs of large-scale continuous production in factories, reduce labor costs, and improve production efficiency.

Systems and methods for providing food intervention and tenderization

Systems and methods for providing food intervention, pumping up, and tenderization are discussed. While such systems can include any suitable component, in some cases, they include a needleless spray nozzle head that injects injectade into food without requiring the head to contact the food. In some cases, the head comprises an elongated needleless spray bar that defines multiple internal fluid channels that extend from a first end to a second end of the spray bar. In some cases, the head comprises a manifold system with a first manifold portion at the first end and a second manifold portion at the second end of the spray bar. In some cases, the first manifold portion directs the injectade towards the second end, and the second manifold portion directs the injectade towards the first end of the elongated needleless spray bar. Other implementations are described.

A peritoneum removal assembly for removing the peritoneum from a cut of raw meat includes a rod that has a pair of polygonal sections that can be engaged by a chuck on a power drill thereby facilitating the rod to be rotated about a lengthwise axis of the rod. A slot is integrated into the rod such that a peritoneum on a cut of raw meat can be extended through the slot. The slot extends toward the polygonal section such that the slot rotates about the lengthwise axis of the rod. In this way the slot facilitates the peritoneum to wrap around the rod when the power drill is turned on for removing the peritoneum from the cut of raw meat.
