In order to provide a development of friction ring elements for a friction ring set for arranging on the wheel web of a track wheel in order to form a track wheel brake, wherein the friction ring elements can be simply and cost-effectively produced and can be easily fitted with linking elements, a friction ring element (10) is proposed for a friction ring set (200) for arranging on the wheel web (2) of a track wheel (1) for a railway vehicle in order to form a track wheel brake (100), wherein the friction ring element (10) has a friction ring (11) and multiple linking elements (12, 13) designed as separate components and arranged on the friction ring (11), and wherein at least some of the linking elements (12, 13) are force-lockingly connected to the friction ring (11).

BRAKE LINING FOR A RAILWAY VEHICLE AND DISK BRAKE EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME
A brake lining is provided that is to be pressed against a sliding surface of a brake disk fastened to a wheel or an axle of a railway vehicle. The brake lining includes: a plurality of friction members arranged to be spaced from each other, each of the friction members having a front surface that is to face the sliding surface; a back board fastened to a back surface of each of the friction members; and a base plate supporting each friction member at a region including a center portion of the respective friction members. Two friction members are taken as a pair, and the back board that is fastened to the pair of friction members is a one-piece member, and a width of the back board at a space between the friction members of the pair of friction members is greater than a width of the friction member.
BRAKE LINING FOR A RAILWAY VEHICLE AND DISK BRAKE EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME
A brake lining is provided that is to be pressed against a sliding surface of a brake disk fastened to a wheel or an axle of a railway vehicle. The brake lining includes: a plurality of friction members arranged to be spaced from each other, each of the friction members having a front surface that is to face the sliding surface; a back board fastened to a back surface of each of the friction members; and a base plate supporting each friction member at a region including a center portion of the respective friction members. Two friction members are taken as a pair, and the back board that is fastened to the pair of friction members is a one-piece member, and a width of the back board at a space between the friction members of the pair of friction members is greater than a width of the friction member.

The invention relates to a use of a contactlessly working optical laser triangulation method for detecting at least one geometric property of a brake lining of a disc brake of a vehicle and/or of at least one component of the components of the brake lining before an initial commissioning or before an assembly of the brake lining and/or the at least one component of the components of the brake lining in the disc brake.
FLOATING CALIPER BRAKE DEVICE FOR RAILROAD VEHICLE
A floating caliper brake device for a railroad vehicle 100 includes: a support frame 1 that has a cylindrical portion 1a; a support pin 2 that is supported by the cylindrical portion 1a in such a manner as to be slidable in a direction X; a caliper 3 that includes a first arm portion 3a and a second arm portion 3b; a first brake shoe 4; a second brake shoe 5 that is opposite to the first brake shoe 4; a pressurizing device 6 that moves the first brake shoe 4 back and forth; an elastic member 7 that is expandable and contractible in the direction X; a stopper member 8 that is immovable relatively to the cylindrical portion 1a in the direction X; and a moving member 9 that is frictionally engaged with the support pin 2 in such a manner as to be slidable in the direction X, wherein end portions on an L side of the elastic member 7 and the stopper member 8 are each supported by the cylindrical portion 1a, at least a portion of an end portion on an R side of the stopper member 8 overlaps the moving member 9 when viewed in the direction X, and an end portion on the R side of the elastic member 7 projects toward the R side from the end portion on the R side of the stopper member 8 and is connected to the moving member 9.
FLOATING CALIPER BRAKE DEVICE FOR RAILROAD VEHICLE
A floating caliper brake device for a railroad vehicle 100 includes: a support frame 1 that has a cylindrical portion 1a; a support pin 2 that is supported by the cylindrical portion 1a in such a manner as to be slidable in a direction X; a caliper 3 that includes a first arm portion 3a and a second arm portion 3b; a first brake shoe 4; a second brake shoe 5 that is opposite to the first brake shoe 4; a pressurizing device 6 that moves the first brake shoe 4 back and forth; an elastic member 7 that is expandable and contractible in the direction X; a stopper member 8 that is immovable relatively to the cylindrical portion 1a in the direction X; and a moving member 9 that is frictionally engaged with the support pin 2 in such a manner as to be slidable in the direction X, wherein end portions on an L side of the elastic member 7 and the stopper member 8 are each supported by the cylindrical portion 1a, at least a portion of an end portion on an R side of the stopper member 8 overlaps the moving member 9 when viewed in the direction X, and an end portion on the R side of the elastic member 7 projects toward the R side from the end portion on the R side of the stopper member 8 and is connected to the moving member 9.

The aim of the invention is to provide a running gear with a mount for a brake linkage on a bogie, wherein the mount has a long service life and requires little maintenance. The transmission of shocks and vibrations between the brake linkage and the bogie is reduced, and the bogie and the brake linkage are electrically insulated from each other. A running gear for a rail vehicle including a bogie and a brake linkage is proposed, having at least one bearing element. The brake linkage is mounted on the bogie and/or is connected to the bogie by means of the at least one bearing element, and the at least one bearing element has a plastic and/or consists of a plastic.
Railway vehicle disc brake apparatus
A vehicle disc brake apparatus is adapted for use with a vehicle including a brake disc and includes a bracket configured to be fixed to the vehicle, a caliper body coupled to the bracket and pivotal about a pivotal axis that extends in a front-rear direction of the vehicle, a brake cylinder device that generates braking force, and two levers arranged on the caliper body. The levers transmit the braking force to the brake disc of the vehicle. The bracket and the caliper body are coupled at a position located toward the brake disc from the brake cylinder device.
