Apparatus and method of improved performance of hot stamped foil
A composite component includes a plastic substrate and a transfer foil adhered thereto. The plastic substrate and the foil are proud and define a peripheral edge with a tight outer radius. A thin first coating layer, such as a base coat or primer layer, is applied over the plastic substrate and foil and adheres the both the plastic substrate and foil. A thicker second coating layer, such as a clear coat, is applied over the first coating layer and adheres to the first coating layer. The first coating layer has a lower viscosity than the second coating layer. The second coating layer is more ductile than the first coating layer. The first coating layer acts a primer layer for applying the second coating layer. The second coating layer therefore protects the substrate and transfer foil and can withstand thermal shock and water immersion.
AUTOMATED GUIDED VEHICLE TOOL FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND TRANSPORTATION, AND CONNECTION COMPONENT
An AGV tool for entertainment and transportation includes a cabin, an AGV base, and a connection component connecting the cabin and the AGV base. The connection component includes a supporting component, a driving component, an upper installation component and a lower installation component. The driving component is fixedly connected to the supporting component. The supporting component includes two supporting arms and a supporting plate. The two supporting arms are arranged at two sides of the supporting plate. One end of each supporting arm is connected to one end of the supporting plate at a preset angle. The upper installation component is connected to another end of the supporting plate and configured to fixedly connect the cabin. The lower installation component is connected to the driving component and configured to fixedly connect to a supporting surface of the AGV base.

Utility vehicle
A utility vehicle is described having front and rear passenger area, and an HVAC system provides treated air to both front and rear areas. The front area includes a tunnel extending longitudinally rearwardly, and a low profile duct extends within the tunnel to communicate treated air to the rear passenger area. The frame has been modified to mount a drive shaft carrier bearing to maximize the arear under the tunnel for hose routing. The frame has been modified to maximize the ingress area for the foot of the rear passenger. The frame has been modified to better seal the vehicle when doors are utilized.

Vehicle having variable track
A vehicle having a front axle with a pair of front wheels having a track width adjustable between a wide track and a narrow track; a rear axle with at least one rear wheel; a steering wheel configured to control the turn of the rear wheel when the front wheels are set to the narrow track; track width control configured to change the track width of the front wheels and to change the wheel base between the front axle and the rear axle such that for the wide track of the front wheels the wheel base is longer than for the narrow track of the front wheels; a locking mechanism configured to lock the track width; wherein each of the front wheels is connected to a dedicated front wheel motor for driving that front wheel and to a dedicated front wheel brake for braking that front wheel.
Seating Arrangement for Vehicle
A seating arrangement for a vehicle having a cabin space is provided. The seating arrangement includes a vehicle, at least one front seat within the vehicle, and at least one rear seat arranged behind the at least one front seat of the vehicle. The at least one front seat is rigidly fixed to and suspended from a portion of the vehicle, thereby providing a free space underneath the at least one front seat, such that an occupant of the vehicle seated in the at least one rear seat is able to position at least a lower portion of one or both legs thereof in the free space underneath the at least one front seat. A flexible covering, such as bristles may be attached to the periphery of the vehicle floor opening, so that a driver's foot can pass from inside the vehicle cabin, to the ground outside the vehicle.
Vehicle cabin structure
A vehicle cabin structure includes a pillar constituting a framework of a vehicle cabin, and a pillar trim which is an interior member arranged with a clearance from a vehicle cabin inside facing surface of the pillar and covering the vehicle cabin inside facing surface of the pillar. The pillar trim has, in its surface facing toward inside of the vehicle cabin, a slit extending along the pillar.
VEHICLE WITH TWIN CANOPY DOORS
A vehicle may include a frame structure, a body mounted to the frame structure, and a door structure defining a first side segment defining a portion of a first side of the vehicle, a second side segment defining a portion of a second side of the vehicle opposite the first side, and a roof segment extending from the first side segment to the second side segment and defining a portion of a top of the vehicle. The vehicle may also include a door mechanism coupled to the door structure and configured to move the door structure between a closed position and an open position, relative to the body.
Vehicle roof brace support apparatus
A vehicle roof brace support apparatus includes a support beam with at least two fasteners located on opposite ends of the support beam. The fasteners are configured to couple the support beam to a vehicle roof or vehicle frame so that the support beam is suspended below a roof brace of the vehicle roof. The vehicle roof brace support apparatus further includes a plurality of jacks coupled to the support beam and configured to engage the roof brace in order to stabilize the roof brace when the vehicle roof is being repaired.
