A cowl cross bar assembly with a reduced weight and an increased stiffness and a method of manufacturing a pipe of the cowl cross bar assembly. The cowl cross bar assembly includes a pipe disposed laterally inside a chassis and a winding material which is wound at different winding ratios around a surface of a first section of the pipe which needs stiffness and a surface of a second section of the pipe which needs flexibility. The method includes transferring, by a transfer device, a pipe disposed laterally inside a chassis to a winding device and winding, by the winding device, a winding material around only a surface of a section of the pipe which needs stiffness.
Apparatus and method of improved performance of hot stamped foil
A composite component includes a plastic substrate and a transfer foil adhered thereto. The plastic substrate and the foil are proud and define a peripheral edge with a tight outer radius. A thin first coating layer, such as a base coat or primer layer, is applied over the plastic substrate and foil and adheres the both the plastic substrate and foil. A thicker second coating layer, such as a clear coat, is applied over the first coating layer and adheres to the first coating layer. The first coating layer has a lower viscosity than the second coating layer. The second coating layer is more ductile than the first coating layer. The first coating layer acts a primer layer for applying the second coating layer. The second coating layer therefore protects the substrate and transfer foil and can withstand thermal shock and water immersion.

A technique for enabling efficient retrieval of a digital representation of personality data of a user (402) by a client device (406) from a server (404) is disclosed, wherein the digital representation of the personality data is processed at the client device (406) to provide a user-adapted service to the user (402). A method implementation of the technique is performed by the server (404) and comprises storing a neural network being trained to compute personality data of a user based on input obtained from the user (402), receiving, from the client device (406), a request for a digital representation of personality data for a user (402), and sending, to the client device (406), the requested digital representation of the personality data of the user (402), wherein the personality data of the user is computed using the neural network based on input obtained from the user (402).
TECHNIQUE FOR EFFICIENT RETRIEVAL OF PERSONALITY DATA
A technique for enabling efficient retrieval of a digital representation of personality data of a user (402) by a client device (406) from a server (404) is disclosed, wherein the digital representation of the personality data is processed at the client device (406) to provide a user-adapted service to the user (402). A method implementation of the technique is performed by the server (404) and comprises storing a neural network being trained to compute personality data of a user based on input obtained from the user (402), receiving, from the client device (406), a request for a digital representation of personality data for a user (402), and sending, to the client device (406), the requested digital representation of the personality data of the user (402), wherein the personality data of the user is computed using the neural network based on input obtained from the user (402).

A track assembly for traction of a tracked vehicle, such as an agricultural vehicle, an industrial vehicle (e.g., a construction vehicle) or a military vehicle, is provided. The track assembly comprises a plurality of wheels which comprises a drive wheel and a plurality of roller wheels, as well as an elastomeric endless track disposed around the plurality of wheels for engaging the ground. A roller wheel may comprise a wheel body and a covering on the wheel body. The covering may comprise a lateral portion dimensioned to contact a drive/guide lug of the track. The lower spring mount provides a spring retention member configured to assist in position maintenance of the lower end of a spring. An upper shock mount is included so as to position the shock in a proper position. A hub spacer is also included so as to move the hub outward from the axle.
