A straddle vehicle includes: a driving electric motor configured to generate drive power to be transmitted to a drive wheel; a seat on which a rider sits; a battery pack disposed under the seat and storing electric power to be supplied to the driving electric motor; and a vehicle body frame including a receiving base supporting the battery pack. The receiving base has five surfaces supporting front, rear, left, right, and bottom surfaces of the battery pack, respectively.

A SADDLED VEHICLE

A saddled vehicle includes: a handlebar assembly for steering of the vehicle; and a handlebar cover assembly including a front handlebar cover and a rear handlebar cover. The front handlebar cover and the rear handlebar cover are configured to enclose a substantial front portion and a rear portion of the handlebar assembly. The handlebar cover assembly includes a top handlebar cover configured to support at least one display device. The front handlebar cover includes a first receiving portion configured to receive a first top cover wall of the top handlebar cover. The rear handlebar cover includes a second receiving portion configured to receive a second top cover wall of the top handlebar cover. The first top cover wall is configured to support at least one accessory. The second top cover wall includes an accommodating portion configured to receive the at least one display device.

PASSENGER CABIN FOR CARGO BICYCLE

A cargo bicycle having at least a frame, rear wheel, and rear carrier rack, comprising a rear safety cage, pair of footboards and passenger cabin having a canopy and box is provided. The rear safety cage is mounted to the frame. The passenger cabin is mounted to the rear safety cage, rear carrier rack and pair of footboards and forms an interior passenger space for accommodating passengers and protecting passengers from natural or human-made environmental elements. The canopy forms an upper interior space. The box forms a lower interior space and a pair of lower interior side spaces extending outwardly from the lower interior space, straddling the rear wheel. Each of the pair of lower interior side spaces is a self-contained vessel, further protecting lower extremities of passengers from components of the cargo bicycle and debris during operation of the cargo bicycle.

LEANING VEHICLE

A leaning vehicle including a body frame; a linkage mechanism supported by the body frame and including a left side part and a right side part; and two front wheels, two foot steps, two foot-step-coupling part and two front guards, respectively at left and right sides of the vehicle. On each of the left and right sides, the front guard is supported by the foot-step-coupling part between the foot step and the front wheel, such that while the leaning vehicle leans, a positional relationship of the front guard changes with respect to the body frame but does not change with respect to the left/right side part and the foot step in a top-bottom direction, and while the front wheel rotates, the front guard does not rotate with the front wheel, and the positional relationship of the front guard to the left/right side part and the foot step remains without change.

Integrated electronic component in vehicle body
11230338 · 2022-01-25 ·

An electronic component is integrated into a vehicle body component, such as an automobile, a bicycle, etc., and may be an electronic lighting material and/or an electronic sensor. The vehicle body component is formed of multiple layers of a composite material that may be assembled to take the shape of a mold of a particular vehicle component. A sensor or lighting device is disposed in a void formed in the one or more of the layers of the composite material, and this device may be enclosed in the void by other layers. The lighting material and/or sensing mechanism are configured to connect to a power source via electrical wiring that is disposed either between or through the composite layers that form the vehicle body component and the vehicle body component is then cured to form a hardened vehicle body part with the sensor or lighting device formed therein.
