Disclosed is a vehicle with a heater and a control method and mechanism therefore. The heater may be controlled to a selected temperature, such as by an operator. The heating system may be controlled substantially precisely, such as within a selected range of a temperature selected by the user.
Tether system for providing power from a vehicle to a garment
A tether system for providing power from a vehicle to a garment is presented. The system includes a tether having a first end and a second end, at least one electrical conductor operatively between the first and second ends, and an electrical contact at the second end, the tether being adapted for connecting to the garment at the first end; and a base adapted for mounting to the vehicle, the second end of the tether being selectively connected to the base, the base being adapted for selectively receiving the electrical contact and for providing power to the at least one electrical conductor of the tether via the electrical contact, the base, when mounted to the vehicle, being operative to stop propulsion of the vehicle when the tether is disconnected from the base.
Tether system for providing power from a vehicle to a garment
A tether system for providing power from a vehicle to a garment is presented. The system includes a tether having a first end and a second end, at least one electrical conductor operatively between the first and second ends, and an electrical contact at the second end, the tether being adapted for connecting to the garment at the first end; and a base adapted for mounting to the vehicle, the second end of the tether being selectively connected to the base, the base being adapted for selectively receiving the electrical contact and for providing power to the at least one electrical conductor of the tether via the electrical contact, the base, when mounted to the vehicle, being operative to stop propulsion of the vehicle when the tether is disconnected from the base.
Handlebar grip covers
A vehicle includes a handgrip assembly supported by a handlebar assembly. The handgrip assembly includes handgrip portion that defines an outer grip surface. The handgrip assembly also includes a cover portion coupled to the handgrip portion and partially surrounding the handgrip portion. The cover portion provides an appearance of a hand supported by or grasping the handlebar assembly.

A vehicle includes a handgrip assembly supported by a handlebar assembly. The handgrip assembly includes handgrip portion that defines an outer grip surface. The handgrip assembly also includes a cover portion coupled to the handgrip portion and partially surrounding the handgrip portion. The cover portion provides an appearance of a hand supported by or grasping the handlebar assembly.
Conveyance seat
A conveyance seat configured to stabilize a position of a temperature detection unit to suppress positional deviation of the temperature detection unit is described. The conveyance seat comprises a cushion pad, a bottom plate, an electric heater which is attached to the cushion pad, a thermistor which detects temperature at a location between the cushion pad and the bottom plate during operation of the electric heater, a housing cavity with a hollowed shape formed in a bottom portion of the cushion pad, and a holding pad which holds the thermistor within the housing cavity by being fit in the housing cavity with the thermistor attached thereto. The thermistor is held by the holding pad, and is positioned between the cushion pad and the holding pad, within the housing cavity.
Conveyance seat
A conveyance seat configured to stabilize a position of a temperature detection unit to suppress positional deviation of the temperature detection unit is described. The conveyance seat comprises a cushion pad, a bottom plate, an electric heater which is attached to the cushion pad, a thermistor which detects temperature at a location between the cushion pad and the bottom plate during operation of the electric heater, a housing cavity with a hollowed shape formed in a bottom portion of the cushion pad, and a holding pad which holds the thermistor within the housing cavity by being fit in the housing cavity with the thermistor attached thereto. The thermistor is held by the holding pad, and is positioned between the cushion pad and the holding pad, within the housing cavity.
Two-wheeled vehicle
A two-wheeled vehicle includes a frame, a plurality of ground-engaging members for supporting the frame, and an engine supported by the frame and operably coupled to the ground-engaging members. Additionally, the frame includes a main frame portion having an air inlet at a front side thereof, an air duct extending through the main frame portion, and at least one air outlet at a rear side thereof, whereby the air outlets exhaust air from the air duct to cool the rider.
Two-wheeled vehicle
A two-wheeled vehicle includes a frame, a plurality of ground-engaging members for supporting the frame, and an engine supported by the frame and operably coupled to the ground-engaging members. Additionally, the frame includes a main frame portion having an air inlet at a front side thereof, an air duct extending through the main frame portion, and at least one air outlet at a rear side thereof, whereby the air outlets exhaust air from the air duct to cool the rider.
STRADDLE-TYPE SEAT
There is provided a straddle-type seat capable of improving the comfort of a seated occupant by blowing air to a region of buttocks of the seated occupant. A motorcycle seat on which a seated occupant is seated in a straddling state includes a blower and an air blowing port through which air blown from the blower passes. The air blowing port is provided at a position facing buttocks of the seated occupant. Specifically, the motorcycle seat includes a front seating portion and a non-seating portion provided at a rear end of the front seating portion. The air blowing port is provided at a lower portion of the non-seating portion.
