A MARINE SURROUND SENSING SYSTEM
A marine surround sensing system for controls a marine vessel. The marine surround sensing system has Light Detection And Ranging, LiDAR, sensors mounted around the marine vessel for registering surroundings of the marine vessel. The surroundings comprise obstacles and water. A control unit with neural network processes info about the registered surroundings which has been registered by the LiDAR sensors. The control unit is programmed to visualize the registered surroundings based on LiDAR data enriched by the neural network where the registered information has been classified into class objects in order to distinct between different types of objects in the surroundings.
Floating atomizer light speaker device
The present application provides a floating atomizer light speaker device, which includes: a housing configured to float on a water surface and including a spray nozzle oriented upward; an atomization assembly disposed within the housing and configured to convert liquid into mist, which is discharged through the spray nozzle; a sound-producing device disposed within the housing and configured to play audio; a power supply system disposed within the housing for supplying power to the atomization assembly and the sound-producing device; and a control circuit board electrically connected to the power supply system and the sound-producing device, wherein the control circuit board includes a wireless communication module, the control circuit board is configured to receive wireless signals via the wireless communication module and control the sound-producing device to play audio based on the received wireless signals.
Method for A Collision Avoidance System of a Host Marine Vessel, Related to Updating Vessel Classifications and Navigational Statuses of Marine Vessels
A method for a collision avoidance system of a host marine vessel, and to updating vessel classifications and navigational statuses of marine vessels.
REAL-TIME VESSEL IDENTITY AND IMAGE MATCHING SYSTEM AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses a real-time vessel identity and image matching system and operating method thereof. Specifically, the real-time vessel identity and image matching system comprises a processing module, a storage module, at least one camera and a water surface object information receiving module. The processing module may match the camera location information, image recognition information which are provided by the camera with the water surface information which is provided by the water surface object information receiving module, generating a water surface object information tag. Therefore, the processing module is able to label the water surface object information tag beside the water surface object which is displayed.
UNDERWATER VEHICLE FOR LAYING A SUBMARINE INFRASTRUCTURE CABLE
The present invention provides a cable planning method based a fast marching method applied with simulated annealing (FMM/SA) algorithm. In the FMM/SA algorithm-based cable planning method, the FMM used to obtain the optimal submarine cable path with the lowest life-cycle cost, and the SA algorithm is used to continuously adjust the weight of each design consideration with the aim to achieve an optimal cable path that is as close as possible to a real-life cable path which has a history of cost-effectiveness and resilience. The set of weights contributed to the optimal cable path is then used as an optimal set of weights of design considerations for cable path planning. The FMM/SA algorithm-based cable planning method can provide a computationally effective approach which has lower computation costs and better performance in generating cable paths with optimal life-cycle cost and reliability.
POSITION FIXING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An electronic chart system (ECS) is configured to be coupled to a user interface. In one embodiment, the ECS is implemented using a logic device configured to obtain a predicted fix for a watercraft position. Based on the predicted fix, the logic device obtains an electronic chart of an area containing a location of the predicted fix. The logic device searches the electronic chart for static objects whose ranges and/or bearings are viewable from the watercraft at the predicted fix location. Other systems, methods, and devices are also provided.
WATER RESCUE FLOTATION SYSTEMS
Rescue flotation systems for use in near-shore and offshore environments to assist with rescue of individuals in dangerous aquatic conditions are disclosed. The rescue flotation systems include a flotation body having a grabbable ring positioned around an outer perimeter, an internal storage compartment, an emergency call actuator configured to trigger a distress response upon activation by a person in distress, a location tracker, a communications system configured to transmit a wireless distress signal including the location to responders upon activation, a distress indicator configured to emit a local visual and/or audible distress signal upon activation, and a power supply (e.g., solar panel) configured to power the location tracker, the communications system, and the distress indicator. Some of the rescue flotation systems further include life-sustaining and first-aid supplies stored in the internal storage compartment.
REMOTE CONTROLLER, TERMINAL, AND ONBOARD DEVICE
The controller of the terminal acquires a current position of the ship and a current position of the terminal in response to receiving an input of an operation for controlling a predetermined propulsive force of the ship. The controller of the terminal calculates a relative distance between the ship and the terminal according to a current position of the ship and a current position of the terminal. The controller of the terminal determines a control amount of a predetermined propulsive force according to the calculated relative distance. The controller of the terminal transmits to the ship a remote signal including a command for controlling the predetermined propulsive force according to the determined control amount.
