Robotized syringe actuator
A robotized syringe actuator has a holding clamp for holding the peripheral flange of the opening of the tube or the flange at the end of the syringe plunger, by applying simultaneous pressure to both faces of the tube flange or of the syringe plunger flange. The actuator has a holder for the syringe cylinder which has a housing for receiving the syringe tube.
LIQUID MEDICATION DISPENSING MACHINE
Provided is a liquid medication dispensing machine that can shorten the time to supply a liquid medication to a prescription bottle. The liquid medication dispensing machine is a liquid medication dispensing machine supplying a liquid medication from a liquid medication bottle containing the liquid medication to a prescription bottle, including a liquid medication stirring unit that stirs the liquid medication in the liquid medication bottle, a bottle holding unit that holds a plurality of liquid medication bottles including a first bottle containing a liquid medication G and a second bottle containing a liquid medication B, and a control unit that controls operation of the liquid medication dispensing machine. The control unit operates the liquid medication stirring unit to stir liquid medication B while liquid medication G is supplied from the first bottle to the prescription bottle.
Adjustable filling and sealing method and apparatus therefor
An assembly includes a support and drive assembly, a first structure and a second structure. The first structure is in operable communication with and supported by the support and drive assembly. The first structure includes at least one filling or needle assembly and is adjustable to receive a plurality of filling or needle assemblies. The second structure is supported by the support and drive assembly. The second structure includes at least one seal assembly and is adjustable to receive a plurality of seal assemblies. A method includes determining a number of containers or vials that are to be filled concurrently and adjusting an assembly to include at least one filling or needle assembly and at least one seal assembly. A number of the filling or needle assemblies and the seal assemblies equals the number of containers or vials.
Method and apparatus for delivering cement paste into a bone cavity
A technique for simultaneously forming a plurality of paste filled tunnels. The plurality of paste filled tunnels are connected to a surgical tube directly or indirectly and emptied one after another, until a desired amount of the paste is injected into a bone cavity, organ or a tissue via the surgical tube. The paste may be a bone cement paste, a drug powder paste, viscous fluid or gel. The injected bone cement paste will set in the bone cavity to act as a medical implant.
Packaging of powdery material for preparation of a medical solution
A package (1) is configured to store a powdery material (2) which is to be mixed with a solvent to form a medical solution, such as a dialysis solution. The package (1) comprises a filled cavity portion (6a) containing the powdery material (2), optionally separated into groups of different composition, and a tab portion (9) integrally formed with the filled cavity portion (6a) and being swept around the filled cavity portion (6a) so as to define a roll-up package. The tab portion (9) forms a protective barrier that shields the powdery material (2), e.g. by counteracting transport of moisture into and out of the package. The tab portion (9) may also stabilize the package. The roll-up package is compact, and simple to manufacture and handle.
Device for protection against incorrect refuelling
A device for protection against incorrect refuelling, the device including a housing having housing tabs, a separating element to be opened to permit refuelling, and a closing element arranged in, and axially moveable axially relative to the housing. The closing element has at a periphery thereof closing tabs assigned to the housing tabs to form a catch connection which is reversibly released by insertion of a suitable filler nozzle to open the separating element.
DEVICE FOR FILLING LIQUID FOOD PRODUCTS
A device for filling liquid to pasty food products into prefabricated individual containers including a support rim, the device including carrier elements which are run by a drive continuously through the device, which carrier elements form receiving openings for the individual containers and include a top side that is oriented away from a direction of gravity and configured to carry the support rim of the individual containers that are inserted into the receiving openings; operating stations in whose operating range the carrier elements move during an endless cycle of the carrier elements in the device; at least one operating station that is configured as a sterilization device which de-germinates the carrier elements and the individual containers; a lifting device forming a portion of the sterilization device and configured to lift individual containers that are seated in the receiving openings and which contact a top side with the support rim.
METHOD AND SYSTEM OF MAKING A SHORTCAKE IN A PACKAGE CONTAINER
A system for manufacturing a multi-layer shortcake can be realized by reversing the manufacturing process of the shortcake to normal. The assembly line conveyor system includes a package container having a top opening as a cake mold and a take-out film set as an insole in the package container. The packaged shortcake includes a topping layer of a cake, a first cream layer, a shape retaining sponge block, a second cream layer, and a cake base platform on the insole film and closed with a bottom lid. Preferably, the packaged shortcake contains a cake block between the first cream layer and the second cream layer for supporting the shape of the shortcake.

METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION AND FILLING OF AN APPLICATION PACKAGE FOR A LIQUID PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCT
A method for the production and filling of an application package for a liquid pharmaceutical product. A thermoforming film made of thermoplastics laminated together is heated in order to plasticize the thermoforming film at least in partial areas. The plasticized areas are thermoformed in a mold in order to form a chamber for the liquid pharmaceutical product and a tube-shaped application duct opening into this chamber, with the chamber and the application duct being enclosed by a non-thermoformed, essentially flat bonding area of the thermoforming film. The liquid pharmaceutical product is filled into the chamber, and the chamber and the application duct are sealed by covering the thermoformed and filled thermoforming film with an essentially flat covering film. The covering film is directly bonded to the bonding area of the thermoforming film by thermal ring sealing, enclosing the chamber and the application duct.
