Method for forming reinforced polygonal containers from blanks
A method of forming a container from a blank of sheet material using a machine is provided. The method includes forming a corner wall by folding a first pair of a plurality of reinforcing panels inwardly towards a respective side panel and into face-to-face contact with a second pair of the plurality of reinforcing panels, rotating the side panels and end panels to be substantially perpendicular to a bottom panel such that an interior surface of at least one reinforcing panel of the plurality of reinforcing panels is in contact with an interior surface of the first side panel, and coupling at least one other reinforcing panel of the plurality of reinforcing panels to one of the end panels to form the container.
Forming Method of Wood or Wood Fibre Container Preferably for Horticultural Use
The object of the invention is a method for forming containers made of wood or wood fibre preferably for use with fruits and vegetables, comprising at least one base (5) and sides (6, 7), which extend with respect to the base (5), with the aid of first folding lines (3, 4). In a first step of the method, folding lines (3, 4) are defined on the laminar preform, whereon rectangular through holes (1) and non-through incisions (2) are die cut. Finally, the container is folded and the final assembly is performed. Likewise, an object of the invention are containers preferably for use with fruits and vegetables, for commercial or industrial use which are able to be obtained by the previous method.
Blank and methods of constructing a container from the blank
A blank of foldable sheet material is provided. The blank includes a bottom panel, a first bottom side panel and a second opposing bottom side panel extending from opposing side edges of the bottom panel, and a front panel extending from a front edge of the bottom panel. The front panel includes opposing side edges. The blank also includes a first and a second diagonal panel extending from a front edge of the first and second bottom side panels, respectively, and a third and a fourth diagonal panel extending from each side edge of the front panel. The third and fourth diagonal panels have a length greater than a length of the first and second diagonal panels. The blank includes a first and a second corner panel, wherein the first corner panel is hingedly connected to the first and third diagonal panels and the second corner panel is hingedly connected to the second and fourth diagonal panels.
Tray with Cupholders and Hand-holes
A tray comprises a base board portion, first to sixth side wall portions, and a first cupholder portion. The side wall portion extends vertically from the base board portion. Each of the two fifth side wall portions is extended from a side edge of the second side wall portion, bent vertically, and disposed so as to overlap and fixed with a part of the first or third side wall portion, forming first and second corners. Likewise, the two sixth side wall portions are provided. The first cupholder portion is disposed at the first corner between the first and second side wall portions, and comprises a horizontal cut-out over the second side wall portion and the fifth side wall portion, which is pushed inwards forming a cupholding space. The horizontal cut-out of the first cupholder portion is disposed through a middle high portion of the first corner.
Expandable Retail Shelf Tray
A product shipping and display tray made from a unitary blank is provided. The tray comprises one and preferably two expandable side panel assemblies to take up additional shelf space if desired. Each side panel assembly comprises an intermediate side panel extending forward from a rear panel, an inner side panel in flat, abutting relationship to the inner facing surface of the intermediate side panel, and an outer side panel rotatably attached to the inner side panel along a front vertical edge. Each outer side panel is moveable between a first position in which the outer side panel is in a flat, abutting relationship to the intermediate side panel and a second position in which the outer side panel is rotated outwardly away from the intermediate side panel.
Systems and methods for applying texture material
An aerosol actuator has a main body member, a nozzle member defining an outlet opening, and a selector member. The outlet opening defines a fluid flow direction. The selector member is moved to obtain different fluid spray patterns. The selector member is distal to the nozzle member and the fluid flow direction.

Modular structure for cardboard tower-like displays
The invention relates to a modular structure for a cardboard tower-like display, made up of shelf modules (a) each of which is made up of a cardboard sheet with a four-sided central area (10) whose corners form incoming vertexes (12) and whose sides are folding and flapping lines with respective flaps thereof; together with straight tubes which feature stud modules (b), with the same cross section than the perimeter tubular edges (11) of each shelf module (a), and connecting elements in the shape of corner studs (c), each of which has a central part (30) with arms (31), (32) and (33) projected into three orthogonal spatial directions which fit into the concurrent ends of the tubular edges (11) of each shelf module (a), and the ends corresponding to the tubes which constitute the stud modules (b).
MANDREL-FORMING CONTAINERS WITH RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION (RFID)
A container includes a plurality of panels foldably connected to one another to enclose an interior space. A corner panel of the plurality of panels forms an oblique angle relative to a first one of the plurality of panels connected to the corner panel and relative to a second one of the plurality of panels connected to the corner panel. A radio frequency identification (RFID) tag is affixed to a surface of or proximate to the corner panel.
SYSTEM OF PACKAGING AND DISPLAYING A SET OF PRODUCTS
A system of packaging and displaying a set of products is disclosed. The system may include a first and second container, together forming a hinged box, each container including a first display face, and a first back positioned on a side of the container opposite the first display face. A first magnetic element and a second element magnetically responsive to the first magnetic element may be positioned in the containers to assist in closing the box. At least one of the containers includes a transparent cover that secures, even in the open position of the box, displayed products, the displayed product visible through the cover when the box is hinged open. The cover has perforations that can be torn to access the products without tools. The products are arranged in the order of use and installation.
